Solid program. Need to fix the customer support text word limitation
Overall I really like so many of elements of Unlock. The only negative is when trying to reach out for support, the text is limited to too few words. Its frustrating trying to asked a question and being limited to 2 sentences. ..See response below. Its nice to know the limitation is only in the initial text. Im going to try again to verify as below. I did express my frustration during the chat but I was told this was not "Unlock" limiting the text but the software used to communicate. It such a solid program and I'm glad to know when the student seeks teacher support this wont be limitation! Thanks

Peggy, thank you for alerting us to this issue. I just tested it and it seems to only have the limit in the initial chat box but afterwards in the chat I didn't experience the same limit. I was able to type the following which seems sufficient, didn't try for any longer.
