This is most definitely a con. They have tried taking money for this “free” service twice but fortunately I used a temporary credit card. The website asks for a reference number. In order to get this reference number you have to give loads of personal information, including a credit card, sign up for a free trial of a service which renews at £45 p/month. Then at the end you don’t get the reference number. Therefore you don’t get the unlock. I tried emailing the contact us address and it was invalid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
