Absolutely flawless experience. Marcus is the real deal. Super professional, communicative, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to assist you with your devices' issues to ensure you are satisfied w them and how they function at the end of the day. Dream come true. Upon learning my carrier store where I bought my device could not do anything to help me the other day I surely thought I was S.O.L. ~40$ and <10 min is a small price to pay vs having a 800$+ paperweight! Not to mention being price gouged by local repair shops w no guarantee of success and/or spending hours getting customer service phone run-arounds.
