If you are still having issues with your device please feel free to email us at [email protected] or better yet. Scam? We definitely are not a scam! We have successfully unlocked over 2000 devices and have had over 2000 happy customers. Occasionally problems can occur that prevents us from unlocking the device ( as in any technical field ), but in this case. The customer is given a full refund or store credit. As for our technician, he will be spoken too, and all chats between you and "John" will be reviewed. If you have any further questions or concerns you can email me ( Founder & owner ) directly at [email protected]
