Hello James, First off, we want to extend our sincerest apologies for the frustration you've experienced. It's not every day we wake up hoping to play the villain, and it's clear we've missed the mark this time 🎯. Your feedback is crucial, and we're here to clear the air with respect and a dash of reality. At unlockhere.com, calling us a "scam" feels a bit like calling a unicorn a horse - simply not true and a tad bit mythical 🦄. We're a registered company, with our good standing proudly displayed on the Better Business Bureau and Trustpilot, where many have shared their genuine, positive experiences. We understand that in the vast sea of the internet, it's easy to get caught in the nets of misinformation. Rest assured, we do not, have not, and will not ever request or store payment information directly. All transactions are securely processed through a regulated third-party platform, ensuring your financial safety is never compromised. While the claim about needing to rate us 5 stars to receive a key would make for a thrilling plot twist, it's not part of our story. Our goal has always been to provide transparency and satisfaction without resorting to such tactics. We acknowledge that delays can happen, as much as we strive for punctuality in delivering our services. In light of your experience, we're taking a magnifying glass 🔍 to our processes to ensure any kinks are smoothed out, ensuring a more efficient experience for all our valued users like you. We'd love to turn this plot around and invite you to reach out to us directly at [email protected]. Let's have a chat, off the public stage, where we can address your concerns more personally and hopefully restore your faith in our services. Thank you for your feedback, James. It's the critiques that challenge us, the tough audiences that make us better, and the chance to turn a frown upside down that we live for. We're here, ready to listen and improve. Warm regards, The Team at UnlockHere.com
