This company is a scam. They look legit but are far from it. They lure you in with an advert for a game called Chicken Road. When you download the game and deposit you immediately get a bonus amount in my case it was £24 as I only deposited £20. Obviously you immediately start winning so gut instinct is to withdraw the stake and keep playing with the amassed funds accumulated however you cannot withdraw without first using your bonus cash, you can however delete the offer bonus and then withdraw or so I thought, they say that you need to verify your account and ask for proof of address and photos of you holding card and front and back photos too. Totally not legit. If I could give 0 stars I would.

So far I have same problem like the rest I have won 613 £ when I have been ask for verification they ask for bank statement no old than 3 months they accept all documents just not the bank statement suddenly they ask me again for bank statement but this time in the statement have to show latest deposit but when you make deposit you do it through different providers and non of them said the name of the casino I still fight with them will see the outcome

Very dodgy company, I gave up trying to get winnings after days of jumping through hoops. They were asking for pictures of documents and Bank cards, it's just not the process and you are opening yourself up to fraud.

Totally scam nothing else, asking for personal details which they are not allowed and I am sure these are scammer and based in India, so please don’t use and waste your hard earned money, only you will get from this website/app regret. Everyone participate to expose these scammers

I paid £20 deposit. I went over to the transaction page and it was on pending. However it's taken the money out of my bank but it didn't add the funds on. Afterwards I checked again on the website and the status updates to error. Edit: the online chat is helpful and i was able to recieve my refund of £20 it can take up to 1 or 2 days

EDIT!: AFTER A BUNCH OF BACK AND FORWARDS AND HAVING TO PROVIDE VARIOUS DOCUMENTS IVE HAD AN EMAIL THIS MORNING TO SAY MY WITHDRAWAL HAS BEEN ACCEPTED. HAD TO DO AN IBAN PAYMENT FUE TO MONZO NOT ACCEPTING CARD PAYMENTS SO WILL RECIEVE MY WINNINGS IN A FEW DAYS. THIS SITE DOES PAY BUT THEY TAKE FAR LONGER THAN OTHER SITES. Not the best site around. Got to jump through hoops to get started. Won £300 last week and couldn’t withdraw back to my Monzo card as Monzo kept declining it. Had to do an IBAN payment which took a few days but I eventually got the payment. Won £500 early hours Saturday and they don’t process payments over the weekend. I’ve withdrew to my Barclays card so we will see how long it takes to be approved. Also not loving the fact you can cancel your withdrawal

Terrible service and seemed extremely a fake gambling site it is the second time I have not been able to withdraw my money of &500 due to this fake website. Please help me find a genuine solution

Made my 1st deposit of £20. Was given a deposit bonus of £24. Over £2400 credit after playing on joker jewel slot game. Suddenly the money was deducted and amount was £210 that was left to withdraw. 24 hours after withdrawl I received an email from payment support saying congratulations on your winning unfortunately the withdrawal was declined. I had to upload passport photo and a selfie holding my passport. They then wanted a picture front And back of my card that made the deposit and a screenshot shot of my bank statement showing the transaction taken from my deposit. After lengthy live chats which obviously is a computer programmed to give the same answers. Get no help and now they say have I received verification account I can't make a withdrawal. Almost a week now and still waiting on my money. Happily take deposit payment yet won't pay to that card. Happy to take payment without verification yet I have to give documentation of personal information and Bank statements, photo of the card they don't need all this to payout. Don't give what's obviously a scam Ur details.
