Not a good solution for me. 5G only reached 20mbs download and that was in my empty cargo van in the middle of the city where Walmart is headquartered. I walked through my parking lot with it to check the signal strength and had only 3 bars for about 5 feet, then it went back to two. The second day I thought I would try it more in my apartment. I attempted to facetime but It didn't connect to the internet so I had to restart the hotspot. I pulled up Lowes.com and after 45 seconds the home page hadn't fully loaded. At least I was fortunate enough to experience the bad before the 21 day return period was up. I wanted to love it, but I didn't even kind of like it. It was a miserable experience.
It only connected to T-Mobile which was something I was afraid might happen when I ordered it. They really need to specify which carrier they use before you decide to go with their service.

Horrible Experience
Horrible Experience. The service worked initially and then was cutting in and out and stopped working all together. We switched to fiber. It's for a vacation home and when I contacted unlimitedville to cancel they refused to do so until I returned the box (which isn't possible because it's at a property I don't live at), of course charging me in the meantime for a service that doesn't work. Also, it turns out I'm responsible for paying for the return of the equipment too. Very shady and I would caution others before signing up for unlimitedville.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when service interruptions happen—especially at a vacation property where access can be limited.
Our cancellation and return process is outlined in the terms of service agreed to at the time of order, including the requirement to return equipment before billing is finalized. That said, as of yesterday, your plan has been successfully canceled, and we’ll process your refund as soon as the device is received.
We also want to note that we’re always here to help troubleshoot service issues, but we didn’t hear from you about the connection problems until your recent request. In many cases, we’re able to resolve these concerns quickly when given the opportunity.
If you need any assistance coordinating the equipment return, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team—we’re happy to help make that process as smooth as possible.

I don’t know
I don’t know what to rate yet but I know that I’m already stressing about if this is even legit and not stealing my money because I haven’t received a confirmation email of purchase and no one will answer the phone or do live chat even though it was barely 7pm EST. Already not happy with that. HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
UPDATE: they did reply back to me via here and email back to tell me what they said here. But still waiting on confirmation email and tracking they said would be worked on yesterday 2/6.
UPDATE: 2/11/26 - I have received the router thing, hooked it up, and have had working internet for the last two days since Monday 2/9. So far so good. I was able to set a Pw -easy with the instructions from what support emailed, I had 3 cameras hooked up all day to see how well it did, it worked all day like my previous internet would through Xfinity. I was surprised that all I have to do was plug it in.

Paid top tier, got bottom tier reliability.
I live about an hour north of Dallas, TX in a rural area, but not so rural that I lack internet options. I chose Unlimitedville for the same reason most people do: the promise of unlimited data. I even purchased their most expensive package because I work from home and need consistent, reliable service for everyday tasks like sending spreadsheets, resumes, and job descriptions.
Unfortunately, the service has been totally unusable. I lose connection more often than I can actually use it. Two laptops, a phone, and one outdoor camera all drop off randomly, no matter the time of day or night.
When I contacted support via email, because that's the only method of communication they offer, they were fairly quick to reply (got my hopes up), but provided NO HELP... AT ALL. NOT EVEN ONCE!
They only asked me to send screenshots of modem status pages. I sent them exactly what they requested, and then heard nothing back until I chased them down again. Their only “solution” has been to offer me a refund.
I’ve repeatedly told them I didn’t want a refund; I wanted them to at least ATTEMPT troubleshooting. Instead, their final response to me was:
> “Unfortunately it feels like we have exhausted all troubleshooting to get this unit connected. We will issue you a full refund for the plan.”
That statement is almost insulting because they made NO real EFFORT to troubleshoot in the first place! For the most expensive plan they offer, and for customers depending on internet to work, that level of “support” is unacceptable.
**Bottom line:** if you’re a remote worker, student, or anyone who depends on stable connectivity, Unlimitedville is not the solution. Their service may work for casual streaming or light browsing in populated areas during non-peak times, but if reliability matters whenever you need it, you’re paying a premium price for what amounts to an unstable hotspot and a customer service team whose only fix is to refund your money.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating unreliable internet service can be — especially when you depend on it for work. Our goal is always to provide the best possible connectivity, but because we work with cellular-based networks, we cannot guarantee coverage in every location. Some rural areas experience weaker signals or congestion that can affect performance, even with our top-tier plans.
We did attempt to review your connection data, and when it became clear that service in your area could not meet your needs, we issued a full refund. While we regret that we weren’t able to resolve the problem, we felt refunding was the most fair option rather than continuing to charge you for service that wasn’t reliable.
We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving our support process.

spent over $400 to upgrade to the new 5g router and even though i finally got it working by swapping the old sim card from the other router which the instructions said nothing about. now that i got it working the internet keeps crashing every 5-15 min making it unusable. i tried contacting support but they give very robot answers not understanding my issues and u cant contact anyone on the phone even during buisness hours. now its the weekend and i still cant contact them. i go back on my semi truck for a month making it where i wont have time to return the router within 21 days money back garuntee. what a joke this is

Hi Johnathan - We can see that you are connected and have 332mbps download speeds! The 5G router has a vSIM and so using another SIM card is not necessary! We can see that you are actively working with a technician now and will get you online with consistent connection. Thank you.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Speeds advertised not received. Canceling is a NIGHTMARE. My husband and I signed up for their 4G plan and are paying $145/mo for it (yet after we signed up they started advertising this plan at $89/mo). We could barely get over 1mbps down or up, so we shelled out the $400+ to upgrade to the 5G plan. The device arrived with NO INSTRUCTIONS and NEVER WORKED. We reached out to customer service for 2 weeks with no response until I threatened to report the company as fraud. After the device still didn't work, they told us we could cancel and sent it back. They then charged us AGAIN for both plans and said they couldn't cancel it until they received the device, which was not stated at any point in the prior correspondence. SAVE YOUR MONEY. SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Hi Alexana - Thank you for your review. I have read through the correspondence that you had with our team and it looks like they put forth every effort to get that unit to connect for you guys. Unfortunately, sometimes this is the case with cellular technology and the signal is too weak. This is why we offer a 21 day full refund period. We will be sure to issue all applicable refunds owed on the account.
Best, Unlimitedville.
