Unusable rail and no customer support. I reached out through their portal and email and waited two weeks after receiving an unusable rail. I have not gotten any response from them and ended up buying rails from a different seller just to rack the device 2 weeks later.

Experienced Sales staff and broad selection of products was great. It did take a little while to ship the server I ordered and at $65 isn't cheap, but I understand that the server had to be configured and tested before being shipped. On future orders I will expect a 3 day lag in preparation and shipping.
