I have emailed multiple times to get a return authorization. Their policy is 30 days and email for a label for return. I have now asked four times in 10 days and they have not addressed the return label. They are offering money off and totally don’t address the return and they respond to this review by saying look at my email. Now they are falsely accusing me of something I didn’t do. I was honest with them up front with what I wanted to do and had no plans to return the print. The quality is so bad that I could do what they are falsely accusing me of. The print is very pixelated and it’s a watercolor. I wanted something different. Oh well their customer service has now accused me falsely. Here is a copy of their email after I told them what I wanted to do, and they didn’t say anything about legality. Dear Gregg, We are so sorry about did not understand your question. As you mentioned, we think it's possible, but it probably won't actually be picture-perfect. Please consider this very carefully On the other hand, we think that size 32''x48'' is actually a large size. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Thank you for shopping with us! Have a great day! As you can read here they said they think it possible……,.,.

Take too long to delivery.
Response from UnixcanvasOct 3, 2023
Dear Eliel, Firstly, we want to say thank you for shopping with us. We have just checked your order. We see that the shipping time of your order is only 3.5 business days. It still meets the shipping time in the shipping package you choose which is 2~4 business days. We always listen to customer feedback, but in this case, we feel we do not deserve to be treated this way. If you have any questions or requirements, please feel free to contact us. Thanks & Best regards, UnixCanvas

What's not asked advertise very poor quality.. over expected wait time. Was guarantee that I would have half my order refund never received. Save your money. Definitely was not a good experience. Place my order on the 6th did not receive my order to the 14th. one to four days to process in two day delivery is a joke. Company location wasn't as advertised on website. They're located in Dallas Texas. I live in Oklahoma and work for the company they ship through. Very deceitful information on their company website. Definitely not where they're located. I work for company that they shipped through, all of the delays on purchasing company. They played the blame game with UPS. Artwork is not as advertised not worth the money itself. True enough they tried to expedite the delivery. I don't like to blame game in the deception of this company do your research before you order.

Dear Juanita, We have talked to you on live chat many times about the delivery time will not arrive as fast as you expect because of the high season, we have also asked many times about canceling but you still want to keep your order. We've even upgraded you to the highest shipping plan at no extra cost. You had fun and thank us for it. But now, we are surprised to receive this feedback from you. It's like a joke. Even so, we sincerely apologize to you and thank you for this feedback. Best Regards!
