We teach members how to trade options and futures. We trade live with our members and this we now keep our live trading room open all day! Every single trade I take as the head trader is seen and copied by our members in real time. Last month my group made $2340 PER contract. So, ten contracts which require only $5k in capital earned our members $23,400We also have Joe Parsons who leads our Spread trade group. He rarely has losing days. Joe guides our members through each trade every day. Last month Joe made $1890 PER CONTRACT. Last month our members trading ten contracts with Joe earned $18,900.We also have built successful Auto Trading strategy for Ninja Trader. The top strat is Flight Station which is also a propriatary indicator on Tradingview. Flight Station can change your trading game especially with live and real time guidance from me.Please take and hateful reviews with a grain of salt. We have 80% 5 star reviews and 20% haters that likely lost money with us by not following our very specific trading guidelines. The best way to know the truth is to join me in our live trade room. We will give a free no obligation pass to attend our trading room. This is where the truth can be found. Hope to see you there!

The automated trading bots are a joke. You'll see a lot of small profits and then very large losses. It's happened on both the 'Stable' and 'Pro' FX Trading Accounts. After reviewing the most recent trades and the technicals where the trades happened, the bot is either not that intelligent or there is something wrong with the code as the entry prices & levels make no sense whatsoever. Be prepared to lose money and if you ever complain, ask for help etc., good luck hearing from anyone. I'd have been better off just sticking the money in a savings account or even better, the good old s&p 500. To add more to this, is your standard response, "I don't know who you are or don't have you as a current client?" This goes to show how disorganized you are. I've used your systems off and on for multiple years using the email address this review was submitted by. I've also submitted multiple emails to your 'Support' desk with no answers. It would've been nice to know you're no longer running your FX trading bots.

Hi Nick,
We take member feedback seriously, but after checking our database, we cannot verify you as an active client.
Several details in your review do not reflect our actual trading systems:
Outdated / Non-Existent Accounts: We do not offer or operate "Stable" or "Pro" bot accounts. If this refers to experimental or legacy systems from 2024, those tiers do not exist in our current product lineup.
Strict Risk Parameters: Our active bots operate with hard-coded risk caps, including automated stop-losses strictly set at $80 per contract to prevent large drawdowns. Uncontrolled "very large losses" cannot occur under this setup.
Methodical Execution: Trade entries are triggered purely by algorithmic rules, not arbitrary discretionary levels.
Dedicated Support: Our team actively monitors and resolves member questions daily through dedicated channels.
If you are a past member using an alias, please contact [email protected] with your registered details so we can assist. Otherwise, we have requested user verification via Trustpilot to confirm whether this reflects a genuine, current customer experience.

Would not recommend UOO
Would not recommend UOO. Dan and team will tell you their system works, but spend a week in their trading room before signing up and see for yourself. They come up with all kinds of rules for Flight Station to explain away the false positives, and people have lost a lot of money trusting that broken system. They're also constantly changing things, which makes it hard to keep up, and their e-learning is badly dated, so no real value there. The automated trading bot fiasco was even worse.
He also does fancy rigged math on his weekly picks acting like you can enter at the levels he says.. and dismissing the ones that hit that level but then dropped back down. The profits are bologna on his spreadsheets.
Bottom line: if you're interested in options trading, look elsewhere. If you're thinking of this as a side hustle, just don't. At a minimum, spend a week or two in the live trading rooms first, and don't jump in off one good day.
Ask yourself - if his system was so good, would he really be sharing it?
And in regard to all the positive reviews they have - take a look at the profiles and dates they posted. Most only have one review and many are posted on the same days or within a day or two of each other to boost their reviews - most likely not real.

At University of Options, our primary mission is educating traders on disciplined risk management, system mechanics, and probability. Options trading inherently carries market risk, and we consistently emphasize in our live rooms that trade selection requires strict position sizing and personal execution discipline—not blind reliance on any single indicator or tool.
We continually refine our indicators, alert systems, and live room analysis precisely because market regimes shift and require ongoing adaptation. All trade setups discussed during sessions reflect documented entry rules, defined risk targets, and real-time market action.
We take member feedback seriously, though we cannot locate a member account matching this profile name. If you are an active or past member, please contact our support desk directly with your account details so we can review your experience and assist you personally."
Lastly, to anyone evaluating our community: we take review integrity seriously, and our reviews reflect authentic feedback from real traders over years of education.
We completely agree with the reviewer’s suggestion to spend time in our live trading room before committing. We actively encourage every prospective trader to see our analysis, live execution, and risk management in real time to determine if our disciplined approach aligns with their trading goals.

UOO and DAN both deserve negative star
I wanted to give negative star but not available
SPY moves by 10 points up and 10 points down multiple times in a day , Dan sits waiting for trade and when he gives , it is a loss and he will blame the market and war and these days he is fooling the group by saying we will do pull back to 8 EMA strategy , even that is also not working,
People can earn guaranteed money by doing doordash or Grubhub than sitting and waiting for Dan to give trade and take loss. I am tired of this guy since I joined few months ago
Folks had recommended him to have Joel do the trading to see if that works, as he has better ideas about trading, but Dan thinks he can continue fooling folks
Anyone wanting or thinking of Joining , don't get fooled by all Dan says in the trading session, he will try to gain your sympathy by blaming he has not had good sleep or not able to concentrate or blaming war. it has not worked for many for many months and it wont work for you.
Dan , You need to listen to the suggestion sometimes, have Joel handle the trading for one or two days in week and see if that makes any changes to the trading result, I heard there was a person by name Scott Lee, who was doing giving good profits in the sessions, but you removed him
Clearly the group is frustrated and tired of your trading sessions. No I don't want to contact your support team, it is you who is the issue not the support team. Yes I am a member who has paid the fees,

I appreciate you sharing your feedback, and I completely understand your frustration. When market conditions shift dramatically, it is incredibly tough on everyone, and I am frankly not satisfied with recent results either.
However, I want to assure you that transparency is our core foundation—everything I do, win or lose, is live and completely out in the open. Because conditions changed so rapidly, I explicitly advised the group to pivot to paper trading. As Sir John Templeton famously said, "Focus solely on Capital preservation and wins will always follow." Protecting your capital during high-volatility periods is always the priority.
We have been in business for over 8 years and have trained thousands of members because we genuinely care about your success. I want to help you through this. Please reach out to me directly so we can talk this through and get things back on track for you.

I was with this company for years and lost so much money.
Response from University Of OptionsMar 18, 2026
As others have mentioned in all the bad reviews you have left 10 other companies we cannot identify you and we do not believe you are an actual person. We have now confirmed that Bobby Knobby (aka Mootz) is not a customer. He is in our database but has never purchased anything from us.
For anyone interested you can see that this person (if it is a person) has never left any company anything other than a one star review. TEN TIMES. In fact Mootz (or whoever he is) has even left a one star review for Trust Pilot claiming they take down all his reviews. Gee, I wonder why??
If by chance I am wrong and you want to let us know who you are and what happened we would be thrilled to help you.

I have had issues with the copier since I got It. It closes trades and opens them when it wants to. I quit using it, but it continues to mess up the NT platform trading. NT has been working on it for a while. That copier cost me thousands of dollars.

Hey! Unfortunately, I am unable to identify you. Thank you for sharing this, and I'm sorry for the frustration and losses. No customer should have to go through that, and I take full responsibility for making sure we address your challenges!
The behavior you're describing — trades closing or opening unexpectedly — is something we can diagnose and fix. If you're copying trades in 'Executions' mode, I've resolved specific issues and made massive improvements over the last few weeks.
I genuinely want to help resolve this. Please reach out to us directly using the chat button in the bottom right corner of the website. I can personally look into your setup and get things working properly!

I've been trying to watch for years, but it keeps asking for passwords. I emailed and nothing ever happens. I used to watch without all the hoops to jump through when I had a weekend farm home. Why do you make it so hard to watch? I found new programs now.

I used to trust them
I used to trust them, but things seemed to have changed. My reviews are always fair and honest and always got published. Lately I can't get any review that is negative published. The BBB used to be this way (fair) until businesses could pay to be members with special treatment and now they are useless. So I moved on with trustpilot, but I guess it's time to go elsewhere.I don't know if businesses can pay here, but something is going on

ZERO VALUE. Do Not Waste Your Money
ZERO VALUE – Do Not Waste Your Money
This company is nothing more than hype, excuses, and broken promises. Across their Options program, Futures program, bots, and the so-called Replicator, the pattern is always the same: big marketing claims, zero accountability, and real financial losses for customers.
Options Program:
What may have once had some value is now completely useless. The “head trader” constantly makes excuses and clearly does not know how to trade consistently. Trades are not properly called live, entries, stops, and targets are often unclear or missing altogether, and losses are quietly ignored. Wins are encouraged to be posted, but losses are discouraged or deleted. Any criticism or questions about performance get removed. Transparency does not exist.
Bots
The bots are a complete failure. They stop working, experience massive drawdowns, or simply lose money consistently. When the bots fail, the company does not take responsibility. Instead, they quietly move on, pretend the product never existed, and offer no refunds. If you lost money, that’s apparently your problem.
Futures Program:
The Futures course is extremely low quality and provides little to no real education. The live room is disorganized, unstructured, and borderline comedic. There is no real analysis, no clear trade plans, and no consistency. The community itself is dead—no engagement, no support, and no results. It is nothing like what is advertised.
Replicator / Flight Path:
This is by far the worst product. Customers were charged thousands of dollars and promised consistent returns, professional traders, and even refunds if they weren’t satisfied. The program was delayed for months—some waited nearly a year—yet customers were told to be patient and trust the process. Once it finally launched, it was plagued with technical issues, losing trades, and traders who clearly could not perform. Accounts were blown, losses piled up, and communication from leadership was minimal or nonexistent.
Refunds? Despite verbal promises and written claims, nearly all refund requests were denied. Even customers who were clearly within the warranty or refund period were told they were “past 90 days,” often based on purchase dates rather than the actual launch date of the product. Contracts were sent months after payment, conveniently resetting the rules against the customer. Words were not honored.
Manipulated Reviews / Trustpilot Concerns:
To make matters worse, there are serious concerns about the authenticity of their online reputation. On September 25, 2025, a large number of highly positive Trustpilot reviews appeared on the same day, which is not natural behavior for legitimate customer feedback. The timing and volume strongly suggest manufactured or coordinated reviews meant to drown out real negative experiences. Meanwhile, negative comments and criticism are routinely ignored.
Sales vs. Reality:
The promotional videos make it look like life-changing money is being made effortlessly. In reality, those results do not reflect the experience of actual users. These are not professional traders, they are marketers and salespeople (Joel, Dan, Vanessa and others) who rely on hype, selective storytelling, and aggressive upselling when products fail.
Many customers have lost thousands of dollars across these services, with no meaningful education, no consistent performance, and no refunds. Accountability is avoided, trust is broken, and responsibility is never taken.
Save your money. Do your own research. Stay far away from this company and do not give them a single dollar.
BEWARE.
I posted my review yesterday but I was with you last year.
Response from University Of OptionsJan 14, 2026
Thank you for such a detailed review. You clearly spent an awful lot of time with this. I wish you existed in our database so I could provide a meaningful response, but we have never had a member with your name.
Maybe you exist maybe you do not but I can tell you with 100% certainty that Edward Stephens is not anywhere in our database. I should also add that Vanessa has passed away. If you are a real member you would know this and it is incredibly disrespectful. Vanessa was a hard working and honest person. A great trader as well and she is missed by hundreds. Shame on you!
If you are real we would love to go over your trade logs with you and hopefully set you on the right path. We make money almost everyday and if you did not make money with us you likely had trouble following our system. Although most would say it is not difficult
If anyone believes this please come watch us trade live. Everyday we post our results and 90% of all trades posted are taken in real time with our members.
In the last 7 days we earned $867 dollars PER CONTRACT. This is not hype it is real and we are happy to share the results with you. Had you traded just 5 contracts this week you would have made over $4,300 and you would have needed only about $3k in capital.
Check my YouTube channel if you would like to view our results. We are very transparent.
Lastly, please ask for a free pass into our live trading room and you will see this review is either not real or a disgruntled member that did not follow our system.
In closing... I really wish I could post our trading results here in Trust Pilot. It would put an end to these unfounded reviews.

Their options video training is a good primer but they do not help their “members” get started with training.
The bots that I purchased were removed and not replaced. They offered access to a trade replicator that was not ready for launch causing tens of thousands of dollars to be lost.
I have been trying to reach someone by phone to discuss a refund for the bots that I paid for that are no longer accessible and it has been radio silent. Emails, phone calls and telegram messages for over six months and not a single reply.

We are sorry for your frustration. As for your comment about not helping members can you elaborate? We pride ourselves on providing great training to help our members make money. We trade live with our members for a full 2 1/2 hours every day. I am not sure there is better hands on training anywhere. Our members see our entries and our exits in real time. Anyone reading this please let us know if you would like a free pass to our live trading room so you can see for yourself that our system works great. In the first two days of the new year our members watched and participated while I made $160 per contract. For a small amount of capital 20 contracts can be traded providing a two day profit of $3200. Meanwhile our Spread Trading group make over $100 per contract. Come watch us trade and see for yourself.

Ask for transparency in the…
Ask for transparency in the instructors’ (Joe & Dan) monthly profit and loss. Also, there is a member with the name “ T G”. This is an internal, generic name that answers questions the instructors won”t answer, like what is your profit and loss for Sept and Oct.

Buyer Beware ! you will lose a lot of $$
I signed up for UOO in early June 2024 with a cost of $4,000 as a new trader I discovered the learning curve with this program was steeper than I originally thought. I was familiar with Dan after following him for 10+ yrs in the mortgage industry, he always came across as honest and straightforward. Shortly after signing up with UOO I was approached to joining their replicator program for the cost of another $4,000. The replicator program was pitched by Dan and it would allegedly copy Dan's trades and required no knowledge from the user. Dan showed charts with his amazing Win rate vs. losses. Dan made it sound like it was a very low if any risk. Shortly after joining the program proved to have significant shortfalls and Dan's amazing trade record proves to be much less successful than what he had been saying. Dan attributed his low "win" rate to the pressure of so many people depending on his trades. After a few months of losses and software glitches Dan was bringing in a Wall Street rader with an amazing track record and actually showed this investor making 5 digits winning trades on a daily basis with very few losses. Should have known better when the trades name was not fully disclosed, the trader now incharge started going under different names jis primary name was Jon (no last name) to protect his identity. The losses became even greater under Jon. There was no communication other then the very rate we are working on th esystem and it's going to "amazing". Suddenly Jon disappeared and the trades were being done by Dan or someone in UOO. A short later Dan has a "telegram" meeting with members and said that Jon turned out to be an alleged con-man who was trying to steal his technology and allegedly took some of Dan's money. New traders were introduced, Keith and George. The software kept getting improved and finally appeared to be market ready about 9 months after it was first declared market ready. Keith and George had what appeared to be a good trading record and after testing the improved software Dan , Keith and George held a conference call and declared all issues solved. Dan even went to the extent of recommending a couple of trade duplicators to increase the size of each trade . Shortly after that call the trades once again started experiencing significantly more losses than gains. The Gains would be minimal and the losses would be major losses. It appears the George was no longer in the picture, yet there was no announcement that th e"successful " trading team had disolved and now Keith was the sole Trader. To this date Keith's trading success is by far overshadowed by his losses. The days the Keith has a win the wins are minimal and the other days the losses ate sometimes up to 10X the days he experiences a win.
the communication is extremely lacking. Dan is a great salesman and probably thinks that he has done everything up and up.
In 2024 I lost #16,000 in actual trade losses and also paid $8,000 for the opportunity to lose the money. In 2025 I have already lost over $5,000. I keep believing the "snake oil" pitch that the program can be a supplement to income. I am aware that investing involves a risk of loss, I just believe that the program was way over promised, the traders were not and are not the quality of traders that Dan represented. Now Dan has a new solution an AI driven trader, apparently Dan is conceding that the current trader Keith is not capable and is now opting for an AI solution.
Yet with all these issues and members continually losing money, they still are advertising and trying to bring in more unsuspecting members. Hopefully members will get lucky and the AI solution actually turns out to be profitable, or at least not a major loser.
