Avoid this company at all costs. I paid nearly $10,000 and was never given access to the material they promised. I tried in good faith for months to get a refund and was told it was too late. Very unprofessional company with little regard for their clients.

Patricia... first of all, I am sorry this did not work for you. That said.. you and I both know you are not being truthful. We worked with you extensively on your tech issue. It was not our tech that was the problem. It was on your side and we still helped you.
Again, something you know as well. We had you fixed and ready to go, and you never said another word until many months past the refund period.
To anyone reading this, please feel free to ask us for the facts. We make money with our members every day. But Patricia never applied herself; she just gave up for no reason.
For 6 1/2 years, we have worked with over one thousand members.
Reach out, and we will give you a free pass to sit in on our trading sessions, and you will see how great it works. You can observe as many days as it takes you to get comfortable.
Lastly, Patricia received a refund for over 40% of her purchase..
Patricia... if you are still interested in making money then I suggest you re-enage and use our fantastic tools. You are always welcome

I lost the Bot and money I invested in it, I don't recommend to use this company
I lost the Bot and my $10K investment they suggested to start the Bot with. This company has a poor customer's support, misleading instructions and lack of experienced tech support members.
1. It took them a week to start my Bot-they simply didn't have licenses- this was a response to my message questioning delay.
2. After 10 days or so Bot has finally started working with my $10K recommended investment, but didn't take any trades right away. I asked Tech Support why and the answer was "Bot has a warm up period". This was not what Sale rep Joel mentioned during our initial call. I particularly asked Joel when I can see Bot bringing profits and how soon and the he said " Right away"
3. After waiting for 2-3 weeks and seeing Bot has no any profits, but just negative trades - I gave up and decided to switch to Demo account, submitted the ticket. Vanessa from tech support reached out to me and ask the reason for switching instead of implementing the change. I said the reason for switching was Bot is very slow and not profitable. Instead of switching she suggested to increase lot sizes to aggressive level and 2-3 days after Bot went to heavy drawdown and collapsed.
4. In the very beginning I received a manual clearly stating 1:200 leverage accounts are recommended to use. After my Bot went to heavy drawdown and collapsed- I sent e-mails requesting refund for my purchase , after 5 days Joel finally called me and asked why I used 1:200 account? You see the issue, I hope.
I would not recommend to invest and lose your hard earned money into University Of Options Bots. There are much better products out there from more experienced Algo companies for sure. I'm currently using 5 different Bots from different companies and University Of Options Bot was the worst from them.

Hi Alex... I am very sorry that you are not happy with the service we provide. Rather than get into a "he said", she said. I feel compelled to bring forward some critical information.
Yes, it is true that our Pro bot suffered a TEMPORARY DRAWDOWN. Drawdowns are not losses, and in fact, the most recent drawdown has been fully recouped, and our members are in profit. So, why did you take a loss? Simple. For whatever reason You chose to ignore our messages wherein we advised our members to turn off their bots while in drawdown. Almost all members followed our direction, and their drawdown has been replaced with a profit.
I have messages I can show to anyone concerned by this review guiding our members to turn off their bots as well as recent messages from members telling me their trades are now profitable
To go further, I began providing daily videos updating our members on the USDGBP situation the day the USD lost significant ground to the British pound. As it turned out, my updates were 100% correct when I forecasted that the USD would recover. As mentioned above, the dollar recovered the drawdown, and the trades became profitable.
While I see things differently than you, I agree that installing your bot took us longer than normal. When you signed up, we experienced a record amount of bot sales. We can't forecast such a huge upsurge in business, making it impossible to staff.
As an update to my reply. Despite offering this person our newest product which not only cost more than he “claims” to have lost but also has shown the ability to generate steady income for him, he will not take down his fallacious review.
Of course bad reviews are bad for a business. Thankfully we have only a couple of them. This is because we deliver world class service and constantly look for new ways to help our members. Reviews should not be used as a form of extortion which is what is happening here. Below is a recent message from Alex.
“ Thanks, Dan. I'm patiently waiting for the moment to be part of the group and start the program.
Yes, I will be more than happy to remove negative feedback I left once I recoup or receive my $10K lost capital.
Sincerely,”. So, if we pay him the review goes down? Wow.
To anyone reading this, does a company deserve a bad review while doing everything in its power work with the reviewer? We offered the potential for an amazing solution. He excitedly reached out to me the same day and expressed interest.
I think it’s reasonable to ask that the review be taken down to give us a chance to make him happy.
Alex was given clear instructions that would have avoided his losses entirely. The USD crashed against the British pound and this caused the bot to go into a drawdown. Just as I told our members (I can prove everything I am saying) the bot would come back, it did. 100% of the drawdown was recouped and the bot is in profit. Sadly Alex chose to ignore our advice thus creating a 100% self inflicted loss. Still we were willing to help. Past tense.
Below is one of 4 messages that we sent to members. All 4 Alex ignored.
## Understanding the ProBot Drawdown Holders Update
1. Reminder of Options
- Turn off the bot if you don't want trades closed.
- Failure to turn off the bot led to trades being closed.
2. Monitoring and Manual Intervention
- Monitoring prices until trades are profitable.
- Manual closure of trades when profitable.
- Possibility of turning the bot back on if market stabilizes.
3. Historical Data
- Examples of past drawdowns and recoveries.
- Instances where significant drops were recouped.
4. Current Situation
- Recent small percentage increase causing panic.
- Reassurance of minor percentage change.
- Emphasis on historical recovery trends.
5. Advice and Encouragement
- Encouragement to stay calm and patient.
- Highlighting potential for significant gains.
6. Handling Stress
- Suggestion to turn off the bot!

BOTS LOST A LOT OF MONEY
BOTS LOST A LOT OF MONEY
I had purchased 1 bot and they gave me another for free to use, not keep. The bots really really suck. They were setup incorrectly and they just gamble your money away. The bots are programmed for mean reversion, but the markets do not allow this to make money. The real problem comes when the bot refused to take a small loss and turns it into a 30% loss. My bot sold against positive news and doubled down 8 times until I was down 30% and my broker sent me to margin call and forced me to close positions at a major loss. The bots are pure garbage and the owner pretended to act dumb like it was my fault.
Their live trading program is also deceptive and gambler-like. Much like the bots, they have a really hard time taking losses and they hold losing trades and hope they come back to breakeven. I could swear the lead traders took trades down to $0 as they bought without stop loss and refused to sell a loss because they advertise their high win percentage. Those trades just get forgotten and not recorded in their public stats.
And finally, their weekly trades show impossible results. Many times, the owner would send a video saying he bought many options at market low and sold at market high (or higher). This is statistically impossible. If you join after my warning, you will quickly see all this for yourself.

Hi Matthew... First of all, I am very sorry you had a bad experience with us. We have been in business over 6 years and have served several hundred customers. In all this time, we have had only one bad review. We care a lot!
Your review is troubling because you were only with us for 3 1/2 weeks before requesting and obtaining a full refund.
We checked our records, and you only completed 42% of the required courses. So, why were you even trading without the training?
You are wrong about our weekly stock picks because those results cannot be tampered with. I show our members the picks for that week on Sunday nights. I include the exact points of entry and profit taking. The weekly results shown each week before the new picks are black and white. YOu can look at the chart on Sunday nights and see the results the following Friday.
I am very proud of our 87% VERIFIABLE win rate over two years and 220% returns over that same time period.
You also claim losses on your trading bots. How can you judge something you tried for three weeks? To anyone reading this, please reach out so we can show you the results of our bots in real-time. You will be impressed, I promise.
As for your opinion about our live trading room, you know this is not true, and even if it were true, you were instructed to paper trade for at least 30 days.
Again, anyone reading this is invited to join us in our live trading room for as long as they want. You can watch us for as many days or weeks as you would like with no obligation. In fact, we encourage this. We want our clients to fully understand how the program works before having them join. Did you sit on our live trading before buying? If not, I wonder why.
You signed a disclosure and a waiver that strongly suggests you use the trading bot on a demo account for thirty days. I must ask why you ignored the instructions to trade on a demo account.
In closing, we are still willing to help you because that is how we operate. Please reach out to me at [email protected] or call me at 415-342-1694, and we can discuss this.

Purchased their Precision bot and got liquidated within one month of use under their guidance and lost 38% of my account. I've spoken with people in the program who's accounts have been liquidated numerous times. Do not recommend, beware!

Recently acquired the ProFx Bot for…
Recently acquired the ProFx Bot for automated trading, which went live on Wednesday the 20th, 2024. Communication with the company has been satisfactory, primarily conducted through Telegram and email. However, responses via Telegram typically entail a 24-hour waiting period. I believe it would be beneficial for the company to integrate Circle into their platform, enabling members to interact, share insights, and provide mutual support. This feature could facilitate a Q&A section, fostering a collaborative environment for users to exchange tips and guidance on optimal trading settings and risk management strategies. This would also allow an area where current clients can share their "MyFxBook" links to showcase their success and bolster confidence in the program. Making results easily accessible would not only enhance transparency but also streamline the sales process for the company's team during scheduled calls. I tried to leave my "MyFxBook" link but Trustpilot will not allow us to leave links in their reviews....
I'll keep this review updated every 30 days or so. Feel free to check back in for the updates and I will post my results with their bot....
Hi Dan, thank you for your prompt response. I respectfully disagree with your assessment regarding the viability of a bot channel. I'm currently a member of a competitor's bot channel through Circle, and it's proven to be highly effective. Any errors in responses are swiftly corrected by the admin, and any misbehavior is promptly addressed.
Regarding my previous suggestion in reference to MyFxbook links, I noticed you didn't acknowledge it.
Implementing this feature could significantly enhance our community, allowing us to track our teammates' performance and success through shared MyFxbook links.
I'm curious about your thoughts on this matter and why it's been challenging to find participants or the University of Options willing to share this information. Access to such data seems crucial for both current and potential clients, wouldn't you agree?
Updated as of 8/20/25.... Never ever again.. Both bots blew up, Dan promised to make it right with additional software technology and it's been over a year (I've waited patiently and given Dan the benefit of the doubt but no longer) and they can't get it figured out.... Many upset people and a lot of staff members who left.. Please do not give them money for any trade replicator software they are selling... It does not work!!! $90k loss for me...

Hi Jason, thank you for your review. I appreciate the time you spent on it.
You mentioned Telegram responses entailing a 24-hour waiting period. This is not the case for any questions requiring an immediate answer.
Anyone requesting urgent help is immediately responded to. If you feel that you have had an issue that took an unreasonable time to answer, I would love to know about it so I can fix it.
Most of your post discusses your opinion as to the need for a group channel. We love group channels, and they work well for our other products. FX is a different animal. There is tremendous risk having inexperienced members answer questions for other inexperienced members.
Below is a message I just posted on our FX Bot channel. I posted it in part due to your suggestion/complaint and the lack of a group channel.
Hi, Everyone... recently two people asked us to provide a group channel open to all who want to post their questions and observations about the bots.
While I can see why this is enticing to some of you and would, in fact, seemingly make our lives easier, trust me—the result will be a nightmare. I know this firsthand.
You are not considering how many wrong, non-factual, and bad answers fly around these channels, all in the spirit of being helpful.
The FX market is not the stock market, and most of you will see different results based on not just your broker but also your leverage, spread, commissions, bot, settings, etc, etc
You will almost never get an apples-to-apples answer. We have six different bots containing multiple if not infinite, settings to simplify things.
Your question will undoubtedly be answered by someone not qualified to answer it or someone with a different bot, broker, leverage, bot settings, spreads, commissions, US versus non-US brokers, and everything in between.
We have built an expensive and extensive (for our size) support team.
We did this so we can answer all of your questions accurately and timely. Urgent questions will be answered immediately, and other questions will be handled the same or the next day.
We tried the group channel on a small test, and I was overwhelmed by how much bad information was conveyed on it. It was frightening.
On our Options trading group channel, we have years of depth and experienced members who quickly jump in to redirect wrong answers. I love that channel, and I wish it made sense to do it on the Forex channel.
After reading these facts and knowing we have tried this, I hope you will reconsider this post and that you have provided our only less-than-5-star review. When you get to know us, you will know how deeply we care and the lengths we go to to offer 5-star experiences.
Either way.. thank you for your review. Please feel free to reach out directly to me. My email is [email protected]. Or on Telegram @drawitch
