Where do I even start. While the futures room at first offered genuine incite to the market it has turned into a joke. Non stop talking with an "open mic" approached with 10 or more people chiming in every second. However this isn't the worst. Let's talk about the Replicator bot that was so hyped up to be "amazing". Purchased and released in August of 2024... took 6 months to get tech right and now that it is we are losing money on the daily with bad trades. Members are down thousands on sim and cash. This doesn't even begin to mention the lost fx bots that well lets just say lost even more money. Do your research

Don't lose money with them!!!
I lost a lot of money with their services (live trading, replicator, bots, etc.) and additionally they don't want to give my money back (replicator), I am still in the 3 months of warranty, but they denied my refund. Keep away of them. All of what they offer is not true, there is no win rate of +80%, in the trading room they do not place trades live in front of you and they do not call the trades even as an educational purpose (you don't see entries, stop lost and profit target), the bot they have does not win any single trade.

Not my cup of tea...
After watching the owner of this company achieve success in the mortgage world and following him for over 15 years it was easy to trust what I heard in his many social media posts about his company. While I believe the Options program at this company is successful I do believe the Futures program to be lacking and not what was advertised on social media nor in any presentation given by the owner. Along with myself many others invested in the Futures program along with a trade replication program called Flight Path.
While I invested in the program in the fall of 2024 the Flight Path replication program had many delays and did not officially launch until March when we were asked to sign contracts on the 14th to continue our participation in the program which we had purchased months earlier. It was was deemed a success and ready to go by the owner. In a zoom meeting on April 26, 2025 we were encouraged to scale our investments (increase the cash we trade) as the owner felt Flight Path was unbreakable and it was a good time to make money or more money. We were encouraged with rules, guidelines, and according to our own cash account margins. I followed all of the rules set before me, I crossed every T and dotted every I that I was told to follow. As I had at the time a few dollars to invest I scaled into the Flight Path program in several of its versions after testing in simulation but throughout that time there have been hiccups which caused losses.
Since purchasing Flight Path last fall until now I have lost over $3700 with the Flight Path program with the professional trader(s) responsible for the program unable to trade using the trade replicator known as Flight Path successfully.
I have not learned what I was promised I would learn by my sales person to successfully trade on my own yet so I had very high hopes in the Flight Path program and the Futures Flight School I invested in.
At this point I have invested over $10,000 and lost $3700 with this company's Flight Path program with very limited communication from the top people in the company. I have never heard from my sales person ever again despite numerous attempts and because I purchased in 2024 I am well beyond my refund period of 90 days as I waited for the program to launch. By patiently waiting and trusting for the Flight Path program to launch I unfortunately negated any opportunity for a refund.
While every investment is at risk it is disappointing to have had such very high hopes to have met with no success. While I do believe intentions for the Futures program and Flight Path were honorable they unfortunately have not achieved the success of other programs that this company offers.
I would be very much very aware before spending a dime on any bot, or trade replication product that this company offers as well as think twice before investing in the Futures Flight School in my opinion. But to be fair do your own due diligence and ask to speak to other students not staff members who have participated and perhaps they have had better results than I. Just be careful and decide for yourself if this is the right program for you.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
I purchase a bot and option program from this company. Well about 40
Days into the option program I was not satisfied with the trading program. So I ask for a refund and was granted it …Then about 15 more day in the bot I purchased started to have huge draw down so I spoke with my rep Shawn Moore and said I wanted a refund. He said that Dan was offering a new program called the replicator because of the loss that a lot of the members had experienced. Shawn said that the only way to get the replicator at the discount price of 4K was to not get a refund on the bot. So I purchase the replicator 8/15/24. Now fast forward to 3-15-25 when the replicator was finally launched. Yea that is 7 months later. We went thru several changes and experienced several problems with the programming of the replicator. So at this point of waiting and disappointment I asked for a refund. I was told by my rep Shawn that will not be a problem. So when I called and ask for the refund he said that I would have to speak with Dan or Audry. So I sent a request and was asked to fill out a request. So I did. After I filled out the request… I was told it was past the 90 day period. Well at this point I was shocked and frustrated. Because when I purchased the replicator there was no agreement sent or sign for this program. The agreement wasn’t sent out until 3-25 when the program was finally launched. And I signed my agreement on 3/20/25. Which is with in the 90 days. I have all the info documented to prove my point.
Please stay away from this company
They do not honor their word!!!

We understand your frustration regarding your experience with our programs, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We aim for transparency and customer satisfaction, and we'd like to clarify the situation from our perspective, addressing what we believe may be misunderstandings regarding your bot and Replicator program journey.
You mentioned that you received a refund for the option program, and we're glad we could resolve that initial concern for you. Subsequently, when you expressed dissatisfaction with the bot program, our representative, Shawn Moore, discussed the new Replicator program with you. Our records indicate the Replicator was offered at a significant discount of $4,000, conditional on forgoing the refund for the bot, as an alternative solution to the issues you were experiencing. This was intended to provide you with a potentially more suitable product.
Delays in new product development can unfortunately occur as we strive to ensure the best possible performance and features, and we do apologize for the extended waiting period you experienced.
Regarding your refund request for the Replicator, our standard policy, which is typically communicated at the point of sale, states a 90-day period for refund eligibility from the date of purchase. In the case of the Replicator, this period would have commenced from the purchase date of August 15, 2024. This is clearly stated in our terms and conditions, refund and privacy policy. All of which you agreed to when you purchased our products. While we understand you signed an agreement related to the Replicator on March 20, 2025, the terms of purchase, including the refund window, are tied to the transaction date when the financial commitment was made. The subsequent agreement would formalize terms of use and service rather than retroactively alter the purchase date's refund eligibility window.
We also understand Shawn Moore may have indicated a refund would not be an issue. While our representatives strive to assist, final refund decisions, especially those outside standard policy timelines, must be processed and approved by designated personnel like Dan or Audry, as Shawn correctly advised. It's possible there was a miscommunication or misunderstanding regarding the conditions under which a refund for the Replicator could be issued after the standard 90-day period from its purchase had passed.
We value your business and would like to ensure all your concerns are properly reviewed. We encourage you to reach out to Dan or Audry directly, as previously suggested, to discuss your specific situation and documentation in detail. While we must adhere to company policies, we are open to reviewing the full history of your account to ensure all procedures were followed correctly and to see if any alternative resolution can be found.
We are committed to learning from every customer experience and regret that yours has led to such frustration.

I purchased the Algo Bot after telling…
I purchased the Algo Bot after telling Rep I did not want anything with a Martingale strategy, but a few weeks later I noticed repeated and increasing trades that were losing money, I informed Rep that I wasn't happy with it and I asked to stop the trading Bot immediately. I incurred a $4200.00 loss, Rep Joel then mentioned another program called the Replicator, where professional trader would trade and it would duplicate in my account. He said nobody at U of O ever was dissatisfied and he would work with me until I was happy, leading me to believe that I could cancel anytime. After a few months in this new Trading system (Replicator), the losses continued, about $50 to $100 every day. I finally stopped the trading and asked for a refund but was told there's no refunds after 90 days. Something that was never mentioned before. I have a total of $4700 loss in trading and the fee was $4900. Stay away from them!!!

UOO is a SCAM
As did many others, I spent 10K to be taught by a "wall street broker". There was no teaching at all from Dan, that was a 6K purchase. Additionally he said he was "developing" a automated trading bot and that profits would pay for the additional 4K cost to purchase that part of his program. Nothing! He was not involved in any of the training or trading. Paid for the automated bot in September of 2024 and by May 2025, it still was having software issues and when it was working it lost money continuously. He kept asking us to be patient to the point of going way past his return policy and has not responded to any of my efforts to get my money back.
STAY FAR AWAY from this company. Law suits are coming his way

We are very concerned to read about your experience and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. First and foremost, we want to state clearly that UOO is not a scam. We are a company that has been operating for 7 years, with a community of over 1100 paid members, many of whom actively participate in our live trading sessions twice every day. We are proud of the community we've built and the services we offer.
We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the teaching involvement from Dan and the performance of the automated trading bot.
Regarding Dan's involvement: While Dan provides the overarching strategy and vision for UOO, our educational programs are delivered by a team of experienced traders and educators. We aim to be transparent about how our programs are structured, and we regret any misunderstanding regarding the level of direct, individual teaching from Dan for the 6K component you mentioned.
Concerning the automated trading bot: We understand your frustration with the software issues and its performance. Developing, testing, and refining trading algorithms is a complex and ongoing process. We sincerely apologize for the delays and that the bot did not perform as you had hoped during the period you used it. We also want to clarify that while we aim for profitability, any trading tool, automated or manual, carries inherent risks, and consistent profits can never be guaranteed.
We are particularly troubled to hear that you feel your concerns about the refund policy were not adequately addressed and that you've had difficulty getting a response. This is not the standard of service we strive for. You simply need to read the refund policy as well as the terms and conditions you agreed to when you enrolled with us. There is no ambiguity in our policy and it was fully dislosed as were the risks you decided to take when you purchased your bots. The company in their written policy and disclosures strongly suggests that you should run your bots on a demo account prior to risking your own money.
We value all our members and are committed to providing a valuable service. We hope to connect with you soon to address your concerns personally. (Assuming you are a real person) We struggle with anonymous reviews because often they come from competitors.
Sincerely,
The UOO Team"

Stay away! But I honestly wish the best for them, too many things going wrong at once
I honestly wish the best for them. I’m not sure where to even start. I will say of the many things wrong, Their system was entirely oversold and underperforming, and later on, it became something of which many of us not even imagined, it became political. I won’t give further details, but I will just say many of us are glad to be out. And for those whose money that UOO is not refunding, i truly pray that UOO is eventually one day successful. Theirs some great people part of the program.

Anonymous reviews do not help anyone and lack credibility. We would love to know if this is real and who you are so we can address your concerns. One need only look in our channels to see the amazing number of wins posted. If I could I could post here I would show you that we have had one loss in the last 6 weeks. As for refunding we have never denied a refund to someone within the refund period. Please provide details as to who you are and we will gladly help you become successful. For anyone reading this review please reach out to me directly so we can show you are results. I sure you they are real. We have been in business over 7 years and have a consistent track record of success. Thank you.

Robot
I bought into their robot. for $4000. I put in $10k because they told me that "it wouldn't really work" with less. I swiftly lost half of it. Reached out over and over. Was gaslight often and told to just keep watching it. I was offered a "replicator" program for free but you guessed it, you must put up more money. You can only use it to get back money you lost, not including the $4k I paid for a scam. At any rate gold continued to declined until my account went to zero. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!! I did every single thing they said. I lost $14,000 and they simply don't care. I am going to put reviews everywhere to save anyone from making this mistake.

Hi Jessica... I am sorry you had a bad experience. You have made a number of defamatory and untrue statements. To begin with you say you swiftly lost half your money. I must take this that you did not run on a simulator as you contractually agreed to.
Also, if you lost half your money why didnt shut off the bot? Regarding the replicator it is absolutely false that "You can only get back what you lost". The replicator was offered to you because we DO care. We did not have to do this.
Why you chose to ignore our offers to help is beyond comprehension. I would kindly caution you to be tread lightly about posting defamatory and untrue reviews "Everywhere".
It is true that the FX bot industry as a whole underwent unprecedented volatility. Any company in that business struggled. After a decade of positive results (you saw these) the bots took losses. We kept our clients in the loop and then spent countless thousands of dollars building our replicator and we GAVE it to anyone that lost on the bots.
I have dozens of thank you notes from people stating that we went above and beyond to help them. You seem to have ignored our advice (which is in writing and signed by you) and instead chose to write an untrue review. I will be flagging this review because making defamatory comments that are untrue are agains Trust Pilots guidelines
