If you're reading this review, please understand the following. We fired Mr. Leon as a customer and gave him his money back. He didn't ask for a refund - we fired him, and pro-actively refunded him every dollar he paid us - because he was a sub-novice trader in danger of losing everything. We didn't want to be a part of his demise, and proactively gave him his money back. Mr. Leon paid (1) month's subscription to our predictive time trading program (Kronos, for TradingView) and (1) hour's worth of mentoring and training. It became obvious in the first few days that he wasn't familiar with trading at all, and became increasingly aggressive with the support staff when they wouldn't help him open a brokerage account with a certified TradingView brokerage. Yes - remember, we're a 3rd party indicator provider. We aren't a brokerage. We don't help people open broker accounts. We don't teach people how to use NinjaTrader or TradingView - and assume that when someone purchases our indicator, they know what an indicator is, and what a platform is, and how to sign up for it. When Mr. Leon scheduled a mentoring session with me, he paid for 60 minutes of my time. I spent no fewer than 120 minutes with him, reviewing the setups and the way the software worked. He specifically asked for an analysis of TSLA and BTCUSD, which I went through with him step by step. I told him that BTDUSD and TSLA were about to fall hard (just before the crash of both days later). Here is a copy of that mentoring session, if you would like to see for yourself what I taught him and his wife over the course of the two hours: (download to desktop before viewing) https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/wgcpmhxmvoosve5wcconr/Juan_Leon.mp4?rlkey=10y3bhqa30zq23u36oesunkam&st=p64yluct&dl=0 Mr. Leon then became disagreeable with my General Manager, accusing her of not supporting him sufficiently. She had, at that point, given him (voluntarily) links to resources that would help him sign up for the brokerage accounts he needed to trade, to which he insisted that we do that for him (which we cannot.) Here is a copy of the very last email I sent to him: https://app.screencast.com/ao3ZxdsR76bLA https://app.screencast.com/IGBK5USd6bQL2 Before our meeting, I had sent him an additional training video, which shows the exact entries and exits that I teach new users to follow, complete with money management rules. You can download and view it here: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/gmegun7spw182fm5se0by/TachEon-Advanced-Training-Room...THE-4-BASIC-SETUPS.mp4?rlkey=d7a6ma6pdp74ua9lxjvaldrrq&st=7uy5bv4m&dl=0 So remember - we proactively refunded Mr. Leon his money before he ever requested it, based on his inexperience, as well as his insistence that we help him open an account with a brokerage. We spent twice as much time with him as he had paid for - connected him to the community of end users in our Discord for more assistance, and in return, we were given a one-star review. I feel proud of this one, and hope that Mr. Leon will take my advice and see that he is about to lose money if he continues pursuing trading. If he were a member of my own family, I would have done the same thing based on his inexperience, his treatment of our staff, and his insistence that he "needed to make money now." I'm proud of this 1-star review, in light of that.
