Terrible service, hired and signed contract on a Monday to pick u pa car on Thursday. Before deposit told over and over they have drivers in area and no issue. By Wednesday they reached out and said they would need to increase the price that was negotiated 48 hours earlier. By Thursday, no pick up, disputed on CC and insisted on refund. After posting negative review. Shipper called yelling, saying they refunded, how dare I post review. Buyer beware. Bad company.

Worst shipping company ever. Don't even know how they have 4.8 stars. Give you a guaranteed price then changes when "the trucks break down" bunch of bull don't use them ever. Oh and they keep your $200 reservation fee when you cancel

I was quoted $530 for the transport service on 9/26/2026, paid $180 for the reservation. On 10/5/26, day of the pick up, received a phone call from Sam at 5:55am, it would cost $1250 to ship the car, he even admitted that this was the strategy. This company is nothing but scandalous. Do not do business with Universe Auto Ship, its a total scam. Im now asking for my refund, will update with final results. Update: October 6, 930am, Sam called and said they don’t need my money but still insisted it would take more than 25 days to process my refund then hang up on me. Again, do NOT use Universe Auto Ship, it’s a total scam!

I worked with the company to help them transport a vehicle from Indiana to Florida. I had a pleasant interaction with the agent, Alex by phone and text message. Client was happy with the service provided from both the broker and our company as the transporter. Highly recommend!
