we were trying to order one simple item and the lady couldnt stop making 20 questions (questions like how big is the elevator, how many doors, single door, double doors... like what are you asking, we provided the information, but not the 25 questions she was asking... I tried to purchase here but the lady made it so complicated. This company expects you to provide all the exact metrics so they can deliver a simple item... we decided to go with Amazon. Ah, her name is Theresa.

This company will never improve , they are nothing but a ripoff , they don't mind collecting the money , but hate to credit back . will never shop from them ever again . Whoever is running the company is setting it up for failure .

I found a piece of medical equipment my 87-year old father needed quickly. The website says " Availability: usually ships in 5-7 business days." I called to ask if I could speed that up, and was told to elect 2-day shipping - $50, but I needed it. A week later, the item hasn't arrived. When I called the company, I was told "lead times are different from shipping times." No one thought to clarify that when I asked how to speed things up, and everyone expect 2-day shipping to be 2-day delivery. Company refused to do anything and maintained that their website was clear. Don't do business with them!
