I have been using Universal Drug Store for almost 5 years and they’re very easy to work with. I send them my prescription (emailed scanned or photo image of RX), they call for payment info and ship medication. I have not had one problem with any part of the process. I highly recommend them.

Fast, efficient, reliable customer service and delivery -- also, a great system of following up, sending reminders, and getting me what I ordered in a timely fashion.

I love you guys! I can never remember the names of the phone helpers, but I have always ordered by phone and they all have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful and accommodating. I don’t like calls before 10:00 a.m., and after telling you one time, it hasn’t happened again. I purschase only one prescription from Universal, and I cannot remember for how many years, but I have been please with the quality, the cost, and the ease of completing the purchase. Operators who take calls are always prompt and competent. My prescription arrives when promised. I have been pleased with the service and the money saved.
