I have found the staff to always be helpful in helping me order my medication. When I called to notify Universal Drug Store that I had received a letter from the FDA that they were holding and were going to destroy an Ediqus order to be sent to me, I called Universal Drug Store. It seems the box had not been properly marked "Rx" and so they destroyed it. Universal Drug Store, stood by that order and had my medication order resent. I just received it. Many thanks, Janice S.
