Great customer service.

I was diagnosed with Meniere’s Disease. The primary medication wasn’t readily available in the US and if it was I was told it would be expensive. I called Universal with a prescription in hand. The agent was able to clearly explain the purchase process, time lines and financial aspects. I faxed them a copy of my prescription and received an email confirmation the same day. My order was shipped the following with a rush placed on it; as I had no available meds for the immediacy. Might shipment arrived in a little less than two weeks. I am pleased with their price and efficiency. I will continue with them.
