I appreciate the reminders of due prescription. Often my poor hearing and the language barrier is an issue. However, if I ask that the caller s l o w d o w n in their speech, they happily do so, and all is better. Delivery time is super fast!

I've ordered Desmopressin through Universal Drug for the last 6 years. It would have been painful if I had to purchase locally, $ 100/bottle vs $20/bottle Universal, so major savings over the years. Deliveries take about 2 weeks, or so. They are sticklers for making sure that the prescription is current with refills remaining, but that is probably a good thing. I have to make sure my doctor faxes them the prescription. Very few glitches over the years, easily straightened out over the phone.
