Helpful customer service. Honest about when to expect product. Prices can't be beat! Appreciate that when you order name brand, you get name brand.

Thank you for your efficiency

They are reliable, thorough in explaining things needed. Staff is courteous and patient, sometimes there's a little difficulty with accents, but never a problem.

They sent notice I was due for refill, and I acknowledged email. Another e-mail was sent stating a new script needed sent. When they received script, medication was promptly sent. Service is great, and price is still affordable.

We’ve had a great experience dealing with Universal Drug Store. We’re able to get drug my husband needs at a good price and quick delivery to California. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Always helpful, considerate and well informed0

I have been a customer with Universal Drug Store for over 10 years and they have provided excellent, timely service. The only time in 10 years I had an issue was during the pandemic but Universal Drug Store made right on everything with awesome customer service!!

Great follow up and follow through with prices that are very resonable!
