Refill reminders are useful but not always correct. I just ordered a med and received it then received several reminders to refill it.

Universal Drugs did correct a billing mater I had contacted them about. I always receive a notice to reorder my prescription and it is delivered with no problems.

The package came very crushed and almost torn open. Yes the box inside was almost crushed But the tube was intact.

Love the prices. Did my sale over the phone, uploaded prescription image on-line then completed using a check and there was a delay in the check arriving. (I am in the U.S.) It would be wonderful if UniversalDrugstore took a credit card besides American Express, e.g. Visa.
