It’s very easy to order online until the mailing part. And this is only something I’ve encountered recently on my last 2 orders, all the years before that I never had an issue. I work onboard cruise ships and that means we travel various countries so our Doctors onboard are not always from the US or Canada. This seems to present an issue. Then if I get a prescription from a Dr from UK for example but then I am travelling to US, I’m told that you cannot mail my prescription to the US address because I have a UK prescription! It makes zero sense that in this era, you must have your meds mailed to the place you got the prescription… it’s such a hassle and your rules are not flexible for people like myself who travels a lot. Because of this issue, I have actually decided to stop using your website because it’s just too much of a problem & I spend weeks emailing or calling back & forth trying to sort it out. So it’s easier to just take my business elsewhere.

My order was shipped on 9/12/2022 and I still have not received it. I cannot continue to do business with a company that cannot deliver in a decent amount of time and wants to charge me for a tracking number. You have already been paid for items I do not have!

My Rx took forever to arrive, I could have walked to Canada faster. Customer service no help at all. Another Rx has been out of stock for 2 months with no end in site. And there is no communication with me about when it might be available. My last time ordering here.
