Great communication back and forth. Any potential shipping delays are taken into account ahead of time. Would like the payment options to be expanded.

It is not as easy to order on line. I have had to contact an associate with each order.

Y'all are great, except for the fact you don't automatically provide tracking information for a shipment. I understand you will provide such for a $10 fee, but it really should be at no cost. It also seems the length of time for you to fulfill an order of a medication produced in Canada is excessive.

Dear David, Thank you for your feedback. Please be advised that we do not have much control the shipping time from the post office. Our shipping time is up to 5-6 weeks. We do have tracking number upon request to keep our price affordable to our customers. Please be aware that these are average processing and shipping times and mailing delays can occur beyond our control. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Thank you for your business.
Great service overall. Friendly and helpful customer service. Early refill notifications. I would pay 3 times as much for my RX locally.
