When initially ordering medicine
When initially ordering medicine, three years ago, I was given three countries where production existed. New Zealand was my first choice and I was told that it would be 5-6 weeks for delivery. after 4 weeks UDS called and questioned about expiration date of the batch they were going to send. Then they told me it hadn't even left New Zealand. Fast forward to covid era and this Jan. of '22 and they told me there was a supply production delay out of India and they didn't know when it would be available. I called several time to check and always the same reply. I had cut the medication in half doses to prolong the run out date. The last time I called and checked they finally said something about another production country that was available and had been the whole time. The most important thing is the supply of medicine NOT WHERE IT COMES FROM. This information should have been offered immediately When the supplier failed to deliver.
