I was pleased that the medications were shipped directly from Canada, thus arrived 2-3 weeks sooner than they had from a previous pharmacy. The customer service was informative and helpful.

GREAT PRICING compared to USA pharmacy prices. Easy to use website, great communication throughout the process from uploading the prescription order, payment method to shipping information when order was sent, with tracking #. I told my Dr. about Universal drugs when he prescribed the prescription as he stated he was aware that it they were quite expensive pills and he was reluctant to prescribe it due to the cost. I showed him the cost from Universal Drugs and he was surprised at the huge savings that I would get using Universal Drugs.

I’ve used Universal for many years now and only had one fear of not getting my med on time. That’s really good. Otherwise my med comes even faster than expected. I have no plans on ever leaving Universal.
