Good concept, but there is room for improvement
Universal Accounting offers a range of accounting and bookkeeping training programs, but I feel there is room to improve the overall learning experience. Some areas could benefit from clearer explanations, more practical examples, and better guidance for students who are new to the field. I would also appreciate more clarity about what to expect from the programs before enrolling. Overall, the concept is useful, but I think the experience could be more consistent and better suited to different learning needs.

Thank you for the feedback, Roshan. We appreciate your input and we'll share this with the curriculum department as the annual update of the programs is starting again next month, so this is perfect timing for them to consider as they work to update the content and platform. Remember to also reach out to your Academic Coaches to help you with the learning objectives as you go through the programs.
