Unive.aiReviews of unive.ai

This tool turned out to be so helpful with the college application process AND scholarships! It's very easy to navigate and use, with its roadmap guiding the way. It collects all the college essay prompts in one place, along with the deadlines for each college.

Unive.ai gave us great feedback. After revising the personal statement, activities and honors according to their input, my score went up 18%. Thank you!

Good customer support - John was helpful.

I used it for my son's application. Unfortunately, we started too late to fully benefit from all the features, so I can only comment on the extracurricular profile and essay editing tools. The brainstorming agent is really useful to overcome writers block and with some help we managed to get his essay from C- to A on the essay grader. I reached out to support on multiple occasions and they were always quick to help me navigate the app.

Please see my original view of the "basic" subscription below. The company offered to let me try the "Pro" model and it is indeed better. The essay grading for both models is helpful to see specifically where the writing needs work, but beyond that any specific suggestions are a crapshoot and I would NOT make actual content edits based on its suggestions. It will also strongly try to remove any stylistic choices that show too much personality which in my opinion is antithetical to a personal essay (and when pointed out of course it backtracks). In general sure give the Pro version a try if you are really stuck but definitely get a few trusted HUMANS to read your essay and give personal feedback. Basic review: We signed up just hoping to use the essay checker for feedback before submitting EA/ED applications. The essay feature is terrible - it’s formatted in a way that SEEMS like it is tailored to college essays but the actual feedback is so much worse than any other readily available AI. For example it said we needed a more specific anecdote for our concluding paragraph and when we chose “apply suggestion” it just took an anecdote form the middle of the essay and repeated it in slightly different wording. Like NOT helpful but thanks??

I first took part at an google meet seminar call where Jonas from did talk about the best summer schools and give more than 50 pupils an inside of their Programm and the different possibilities what to do during summer vacation. I got a great advice and could inform myself better. He reached out to me and created an amazing opportunity to a scholership in a summerschool I am going to attend. Thanks to unive I wouldn't have got this opportunity. I can only recommend Unive for Students searching to do something in summer or are ambitious and aim higher achievements. Make sure that you inform yourself and be always open for new opportunities. There is no right timing, just take action

Thank you so much for helping my son with his common app essay! The feedback Unive gave was insightful and organized in a logical, useable manner. We were able to incorporate the suggestions, and I truly feel that it improved the overall quality of his essay (and ultimately increased the number of college acceptances!). Also, the developers and customer service are top notch!

I place an order for $700 on payment plan....and never received a single product!!! And didn't even get all my money back!!! Do not order from here unless u want to take the same risks customer service is of no help and didn't even offer a resolution or try to remedy anything! I was robbed and can't even report it to what I used as payment at the time. Fruads and scammers! Zip is no help either and are still trying to charge me another 200 for the remainder of installments after I showed proof from unice tracking I never received the items...and proof unice confirmed the return of the items!!! There should be something someone can do in a situation like this especially if they have proof!!
