Your team is responsive and very polite to customers. I love that your Units storage containers are clean on the outside and inside.

The unit size was great for my need, however, I ended up not having it for the entire month I paid in advance, and was told a refund would be prorated back. That did not happen. I was charged for drop off and pick up and not given the prorated monthly rate for the unit or supplies back which likely would’ve evened out the drop off/pick up cost.

I've used pods and units. Units is easier to work with. They use a robo that can fit the storage container mostly wherever you want it. As for pods they are very limited to just setting it down in one spot. Not a very good system to be able to put the storage container exactly where you want it. Units is easy to work with. There the best I've dealt with.

Jr. was excellent to work with The delivery was smooth/ Seamless . They located my pot exactly where I needed it to be. VERY fiendly service throughout the several months of my rental . My experience has as been awesome. I highly recommend their services.
