UNITS® Moving and Portable StorageReviews of unitsstorage.com

I had a great experience with UNITS for my Massachusetts to Michigan move. I had originally set up the move with PODS but they refused to deliver the container due to some overhead wires. I had already arranged moving help and timing was crucial. I got on the phone with UNITS and unlike Pods they were super nice and helpful and they got me a Units container on short notice. They had no problem with the wires as their delivery system is much more flexible and they can fit the containers into tighter spaces. Both the local UNITS franchises (South Shore MA and Detroit MI) and the Long Distance Move people were very customer focused and genuinely friendly to deal with and I was very happy with the service. They provided the container and straps and they bring a lock, which you pay a little bit for but it is nice to not have to think about that. My move required a few months of storage before I had the home I was moving into and the storage price was reasonable and they were very accommodating regarding delivery. I recommend them highly for a move of any distance.

Units stored and moved my belongings across the country. I had my unit for 5 years, and everything (clothing, delicate items, furniture, etc) stayed in perfect condition. Everything remained clean and nothing was broken. The Units staff in both North Carolina and California were always super nice and helpful. It was easy to access my unit when needed. I highly recommend Units. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

UNITS Long distance moving and the teams on the local side made our move smooth and easy. We updated the dates no issues and every time we called / texted communicated with a person on the other side of the phone. Would use again.

The guy Taylor he really care about the customers They are still kind people in this worldI would recommend this company bc of this guy Taylor deserves a raise The until was clean they drop off on time Great company Thanks Taylor

Easy to work with, the pod was immaculate

Local company with great service!

Good communication from start to finish. No delays, keep dates and even dropped the container a day sooner. They gave me a price 7 months prior and was able to keep that price in July. Can’t say anything negative. Everything went smoothly. 2 things were broken but that’s because they were not packed correctly (husband 😡)

Really good quality on the products. Would recommend!
