Stole my money
Stole my money. Signed up, they charged my credit card then said our account was "flagged as high risk." They said to "Contact our support team at: 844-321-6543". Called the phone number over and over and no one answers. What kind of scam is this? UPDATE: Had to file a chargeback to get my money back. Stay away from this company at all costs. SCAM

We’re sorry you had this experience, and we’d really like to help clear things up. Our support number is (855) 888-6423, and our live Chicago area team answers all calls during business hours. It’s possible you were working with a different company using a similar name, but if this was indeed us, we want to make things right. When someone signs up for Unitel Voice and you are unable to verify your account or it gets flagged by our third-party fraud detection system, we don’t activate the service, and we don’t keep the charge. Any pending transaction is automatically voided or refunded. If it shows up as a charge, it’s usually just a temporary authorization that disappears within a few business days (depending on your bank or card issuer). This review was posted anonymously, so we can’t follow up directly. But if you believe this issue is still unresolved, please email us at [email protected] and reference your Trustpilot username "Chocolate Store". We’ll look into it right away and make sure everything was handled correctly.
