I signed up for this 3 days ago and purchased an 800 number. I just happened to look at my account and discovered the following: Incoming minutes used this billing cycle 233.70 minutes usedDiscount 100.00% (free of charge) Outgoing minutes used this billing cycle 215.60 minutes usedDiscount 100.00% (free of charge) We have never once made an outbound call, let alone over 4 hours. The same with incoming, this simply forwards to a cell phone. This appears to be a scam.

Very helpful and made the process easy. Most companies I've looked into for a single line have been extremely difficult to figure out. Unitel and the help call made it very simple.
