If I could give them zero stars I would. They charged me then when I tried to go into a new apartment they said the information was fake so when I contacted them they said I forged it when it was them who sent me those forms. I have records and receipt's of my purchase these people are phony they have no doctors or even are certified don’t ever waste your money on them they are a joke they will send you phony papers just to take your money

Scam. I just inquired and next thing i know i was charge 369. I contacted them they refunded a portion and said remaining 189 could not be due to certificate sent out. The person they sent certificate to is no one i have ever met nor in doing extensive online searches can even locate. They only have one phone number and when asking for a supervisor directed me back to their email Will be filing with BBB

Go to USA service dogs instead. Half the price and they have a phone number and chat. This place is absolutely awful.Nobody will return my complaint form or emails. Their website wants you to download a picture after you pay yet there's only two options crop or go back no accepting it. They are true scumbags. Don't waste your money like I did.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with United Service Dog. I purchased an ESA collar for $183, a premium price that should guarantee a durable product. Unfortunately, the item I received was defective and fragile right out of the box. To make matters worse, their customer support is virtually non-existent. The phone number provided is invalid, and email communication has been slow and unhelpful. I have requested a full refund due to the defective merchandise but have yet to see a resolution. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable service dog equipment.

Do not trust this company. They will provide a doctors note, but it is not an actual doctor if you try to contact them. They also give you add ons that they say you need, but you don't- they clearly just want your money. Their service dog ID number is a made-up number, and they also charge you for a service and then do not provide the service..

They succccccccc! I paid a lot of money for my two puppies to get Registered etc… I never received my “hard copies” of their “Service Dog Certificates”. I was supposed to get two “ID Service Dog Cards” for my wallet with their pic’s on them however, I only received ONE! I had to PULL TEETH to get the “Hard Copies of their “Therapist Letter’s” after I received them via email only I was so upset because I didn’t freaking pay for an email I paid for the HARD COPIES however, I finally rec’d the letter’s (only) but that about it nothing more! I paid over $300.00 for no one to respond and nothing I paid for Pathetic! They said they sent it twice, nothing! I have another dog I want to Register however, it won’t be with them unless they fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor quality product, no return policy or return label for exchange. The service dog vest I ordered didn't look like the picture from the website. Not even a little. Terrible experience trying to return or exchange.
