I bought an air conditioner fan motor from them, it was damaged when I received it, after calling them twice regarding this part and waiting for a week for them to get it back to process my replacement part, they asked me if I wanted to replace it or get a refund, I had already called them twice about getting a replacement, anyway, we finally received the so called "replacement" motor, and either this is the same one that is more damaged, which I really feel is what happened because it's damaged on the same spot, or they sent another one and it was damaged on the same spot, either way, one would like to assume that knowing it was damaged with the way they shipped it the first time they would have made sure to wrap it up better to avoid damages or more damages. I don't recommend them VERY POOR SERVICE AND SHIPPING!!!

I purchased a roof top a/c unit, plus soft start, plus wall mount thermostat $1,943.88 plus shipping insurance, unit arrive damaged, call them to report it and get a return label, 30-minute drive each way to drop off at FedEx, 2nd unit arrived damaged, called for another return label again 30-minute drive each way 3rd unit arrived damaged, so I called and talked to them and they said I had to ship it back at my cost and Dalton Brown the a___HOLE told me they were not going to do anything more, so I asked for some sort of credit, He offered a whopping $100.00 OH don't forget the drive at $5.50 a gallon MMMMMM plus, I still would have a damaged unit so, I then requested return label again, refused because I don't have original box, I asked them to send me a box, nope no go, again Dalton got smart with me, I requested return labels for the other parts, again, Dalton got smart about the situation sent 3 emails no response requesting return labels, sent text messages to their supposed text line requesting return label, nope nothing offered to purchase another unit just so I can get the box to return the damaged one sent back, Dalton Brown said quote, WE DON'T TAKE CREDIT CARDS OVER THE PHONE, Here I sit with a Damaged a/c unit no help from United rv I paid $1943.88 for damaged goods I do have pictures to back up my claim I have emails to back up my claim

They are All pleasant and nice until there’s a problem, then it’s the not our problem game, I specifically told them that I needed a AC unit with a soft start device and was told that the one I had chosen was the correct model. I spoke with several sales people but the most condescending one was Dalton brown who sent me.an email basically telling me he was done with this matter and was not going to help me. So for $300 bucks I was able to buy the soft spot making the unit workable, it’s not gonna change my life one bit. They wanted me to send the unit back on there dime,($100) and they would send the right unit with another 100 bucks to ship it back to me, so I asked if they would split it and they said no to that and basically at this point have told me to bad we aren’t even going to communicate with me any more, nothing worse then a condescending idiot beware of this company

Horrible company don't use. Purchased an item that arrived damaged, no defects with the box and because I did not purchase shipping insurance I'm stuck with a junk item

These guys are beyond the worst to deal with. Kind til they have your money. Then games on. They are rude, obnoxious, lie about products and availability. They threatened me. They refused to refund. I canceled the order but they lied and said it was shipped.. then to bad no refunds. They are absolutely the worst. BBB is involved and honestly I don't think they care. The "owners" brother was my contact and went off on me. Ummm. I'm the customer. He obviously didn't care. Horrible company. The owner is so poor at customer service....ha...he thinks stealing a $1000 from me will break me?? I'll make sure he looses 100 times that in sales. Pathetic at best.

I ordered the vent screens and garnish for my 2005 Weekend Warrior. The garnish was correct, but their vent screens were lacking a measurement for the crank device to open the vent. The screens had the hole in the wrong place because they had been redesigned and that was not shown on the specifications then they charge me a restocking fee so for four vent screens I got $26 back. I will never recommend them and never go back to them again United RV sucks.

United RV ripped me off in 2023 and has dodged me ever since. What I thought I purchased was an electronic control unit for a Coleman Mach A/C unit. The ad on Amazon showed an OEM control unit. What I received was a cheap Chinese knockoff priced about a hundred dollars more than an OEM unit I subsequently found after United RV burned me. THEY DODGED ME FROM DAY ONE. United RV has made it almost impossible to contact them. Their Facebook has been made private because of negative remarks -- how many times have you seen a company do that ? Very, very slippery and dishonest RV business. I promised United RV I would NEVER go away after they burned me because 160 bucks is a whole lot of money to me. I still have that cheap Chinese knockoff in a box somewhere. When the photo shows OEM, and there are no caveats about substitutions, I WANT THE OEM PART !!! Don't take just my word for it -- look at the other reviews for those ripoffs. United RV from Texas has deleted their Facebook page. How often have you seen that ? The comments were horrible.

Ordered a 6000.00 refrigerator from them comes in doesn't work and it is my problem to fix it
