Getting the car was stressful. We waited 50 min at the airport for the shuttle. There is NO ONE to call. I was unsure if I was in the right place, or if a shuttle was coming. I was 5 min away from faking UBER. Once we took the 20 min ride to the car lot, it was another 30 min before we were in a car. All that said, the car was clean, and drop off was seem less.
