United Nation Van LinesReviews of unitednationvanlines.com

Please learn from our mistake and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They will trash your house, try to scam you out of thousands of dollars more than their binding quote, and NOT RETURN YOUR ITEMS. There are many other people throughout the country who have also been scammed by them! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

United nation van line needs to be vetted and compared to other moving companies. They picked up my furniture 2 months ago after taking 3 days to pack and wanted to charge me 30% more after completed. Costs after packing have gone sky high. I have asked for review before next payment. They have returned my calls only after 2 months of me called 2-3 times a week. Legal action is my next option

It has been 45 days since they picked up our stuff. Last week they said it was loaded, today they said they can not confirm that and don't know where it is. They don’t return calls, even after promised. If they answer the phone, they don’t have any information to update. Stay away from the company.

Every review we read miss lead us to believe this was a great company... simply not true! We used cation ant still got burned! Their quote by phone went up 45% and we counted and measured every box with the phone estimater. We had a delivery commitment of the 1 st and just discovered they could take an additional 17 Fay’s longer. The sales Dept will not take your call or return message on the day of pickup when you find out the bill went up 45%. They promise to call you and so far never have! Everyone we talk to say “I’m so sorry”. This should be the name of their company!

I should have known better when all of the reviews for this company were from 2020 and they have been in business for years. I had gotten 4 quotes and these guys were in the middle and then the scam began. First they quoted me $5,000 for a cross country move of a 2 bedrooom townhouse and then the coordinator called back and it went up to $7,500 for them to come and pack the whole home. Not bad but that was after a 1.5 hour call and a very detailed list of everything. They confirmed for Friday and then showed up Saturday, hiccup but ok. When the movers showed up, within the first 10 minutes, they just started throwing random things in the wrong boxes and then changed the price to $15,000. Well, we are not suckers. We stopped payment on the order and fired them on the spot. 100000000% OF A SCAM COMPANY, RUN FOR THE HILLS AND DO NOT LOOK BACK!! Tina may be the most ignorant person in the world and this company is the biggest joke. BAIT AND SWITCH!!! DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS!!!!

Hired this company to move our senior mother from Washington State to Maryland. The initial estimate was 4,700 and it increased to 10,000 when they arrived. The company arrived in an Enterprise Rental Truck and we were unable to verify the cubic feet of the move, however, we were promised to get the actual when off-loaded to the van lines. Well, that never happened and when they arrived almost a month later - they would not transfer custody of the contents until final payment was made. Took advantage of a senior even after many promises during the sales pitch. The legitimacy of the positive reviews are questionable. BEWARE!!

Please DO NOT go with this company they are a CROOKED Company they took my money and ran $4,000.00 up front money the whole bill was suppose to be almost $20,000 . They will not answer any of my phone calls at any of there numbers. I was to have packers to pack my whole house and a whole Simi truck 26,000 lbs they showed up two days late with a bobtail truck and two packer and said they was going take my furniture from apple valley to LA and unload each trip into a warehouse, well that alone would of taken 5 days if they was lucky because it takes at least one hour each way without them unloading the truck, besides destroying my beautiful furniture.Did I mention they was suppose to take my stuff to Texas not LA 🤬also one of there packers said to me ma'am person to person I would not go with us he knew they had did me wrong. I was so thankful for his honesty. I not stop trying to warn people of this company until I get my money BACK. I will turn them into the better business bureau also get a attorney , I have already contacted my credit company. AGAIN CROOKED COMPANY
