I had a lock replaced on my Bi-fold doors. The price seemed to be to expensive. After the work was done. I should of questioned it at the time I have rung 5 times and sent an e-mail but still have had no manager ring me back. Would not use these again. Shocking customer service

Told me £59 for Labour charge, the front door cylinder, 1 star was £80, the back door cylinder, 1 star was £90. Spent 10 minutes replacing the existing cylinders. Added 20% VAT onto everything, final price £274. I discovered after the event that the cylinders were no more than £20 each from Amazon and fitting was so simple that I could have done the job myself. Reckon I got ripped off by at least £200.

Very poor quality job, charged £178 left mess and was supposed to come back to change the handle never came back. Wish I had read the reviews.

Told there was no call out charge...which turned into £59 plus VAT as soon as the guy stepped into my house, he took the door handle off and said it could be this, it could be that and he might have it on the van. He then went on to say it could be £180 plus VAT for the part PLUS labour as the £59 did not cover labour or it could be a bigger job that could cost more, every time he spoke the money went up. I asked him to leave as I felt something wasn't quite right....he then said oh I'm going to record this conversation, I said please do because everything you are saying sounds about woolly and is not matching up with what was said to me on the phone. He left quite disgruntled. He was in my house 7 minutes and it cost me £70.80 - early escape I felt!!!! Single women steer clear!!!!!!

My elderly Mum locked herself out, so United Locksmith broke the lock and installed a new one, for an extortionate price of £420. Taking advantage of old people, how do people like this sleep at night?

Polite Timely Massive overcharging, “sign here” rather than showing the total. Did not send through receipt until chased.

Same as evèybody else, said change a barrel £49, when they turn up you then have to pay for an over priced barrel, I needed a barrel change quickly so they work on your desperation, DONT USE THESE PEOPLE !!!!

Charged me £360 said the new part was £200 I asked for the box so I could show it my brother he never left it.Said he would email me a invoice and hasn’t please be careful im old age pensioner it is two weeks pension money I panicked because my door wouldn’t lock so didn’t read reviews
