The Quality of the product was fabulous

The Bag is exactly what I was looking for. I searched the internet for months looking for the perfect carry all backpack/shoulder bag. After reading many reviews online I decided on United by Blue... for so many reasons it works perfectly for my work as I am a teacher and carry a variety of things with me from class to class. I do wish the interior wasn't black as it would be easier to locate things but overall the bag is beautiful well constructed and functional! Love the double carry feature. Note: I had some very complicated issues with the Canadian 'last leg' shippers that was upsetting and stressful but Seth from United Blue reached out and really offered an unexpected rebate for shipping issues which I had to go through and that was unbelievable. Thanks Seth you went above and beyond completely from left field. So kind of you!

I love my new bags! They came so quickly and are such fun colors. Great pockets in both the fanny pack and backpack, and great for outdoor activities. The fanny pack holds a lot more than you would expect and is great for dog walks. Can't wait to use my backpack on trips.

Cute style but bag seems very small and stiff. Really do want to return it not what I expected.

Great quality it seems so far. Just wish there were more color selections.
