I am impressed with my Unit1 gear. After being hit by a car on my scooter, I was looking for any safety products to MAKE the drivers see me. I liked that they had several products that all sync together. I got the helmet, then the lights and eventually the backpack. I was a bit upset when the backpack finally came out that it would have been cheaper to buy it all together. Wish I knew that was going to happen. The backpack is awesome. It has lots of room and is made to last. The lights have absolutely saved me from getting hit again. They draw attention, which is what you want while riding. I have also had drivers get upset that my lights are flashing, but at least they saw me!! I had a problem with my helmet and contacted customer service. I sent them a video of what was happening and immediately got a response. They sent me the replacement part and with the shipping info, they attached a video on how to install it. Great customer service. I have not had that with any other products, ever! Their products are expensive, but they are also high quality. I love all my products and I will not ride without them. Day or night, but especially night.

There were some 3rd party delivery issues that the customer services team were absolutely amazing and helpful in resolving really fast. When the products were finally received, it is clear straight away they are top quality, well made and durable. I cannot say enough how fantastic the team were and special shoutout to Laura!

Maria from Unit 1 provided outstanding customer service. All her replies were very prompt, thoughtful, helpful and above all, courteous and friendly. I would hesitate to recommend dealing with Unit 1 and their exceptional products.

You can see that every Unit 1 product has a lot of care in the finishing and use of materials. Every detail has been carefully considered with regard to safety! This is also the reason why I am very satisfied with all the products I have ordered. Great products with well designed ideas behind them. They recently had a free winter liner with a purchase of a new helmet. I had bought my helmet just 2 weeks prior to this. I asked support and they quickly got back to me!

When I had an issue with Faro helmet ( it was too small) they promised to exchange it if they ever create a bigger product. So after few years Aura appeared and replacement was performed. It took time but result is pleasant.
