Failure to package $183 worth of items. Apologizing for inconvenience but insisting they were packaged ‘upon review’. They were not shipped, box did not arrive damaged & they have stolen $183 from me.

I was putting in a promo code on their site I didnt put in the correct number and without giving me the discount it just completed the order without authorization. Then I messaged right away to cancel it they messaged back the warehouse is aware. They still sent the shoes charged me and have no answered any emails for 3 weeks. TERRIBLE I WOULDNT BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM.

Horrible website. They promise quick delivery but never sent the package and then sent an email after I wrote them 5+ times saying my order was canceled like I requested. I never requested a cancellation. I simply asked for a tracking number. You can’t speak to anyone, only a bot. Brutal. Never again.

I ordered from this company because they had the inventory of the cleats I needed, they were on sale and there is clear messaging on the site that returns are easy. I looked up the company to make sure it was legitimate and it seemed to have decent reviews. I ordered a pair and they came quickly, but they were too small. I tried to return them and the request was denied because it said they were a clearance item. But my daughter still needed cleats so I ordered the correct size. It said they would ship in 1-4 days and since the other pair came quickly, I expected the same. It's been 10 days with no update. Nothing saying they are back order or anything. I emailed and received a generic message and tried to message the chatbot on their website but it doesn't allow me to submit my request to an actual agent. The money was already taken from my account. Super disappointing. Don't order from this company.

I bought a Brazil authentic away jersey with a nameset. The person who put the name set way too low on the back of the shirt and I am not satisfied with this product. I have contacted the customer service for a week now and so far I received nothing from them yet. I will reach out to my cc for a dispute if there is no response in the next few days.

Absolutely terrible. Been waiting 3 weeks for an order to process. No phone number to call. Multiple chats. Multiple emails. But no cleats and they refuse a refund even though they can’t figure out how to process order. Find a different retail option that actually provides what you’ve already paid for. Going to better business bureau.
