So and so functionality
Was used to transcribe interviews for academical research. previously microsoft word transcribing function was preferred. what we saw was about a 70% accuracy in hitting words correctly, but about 50% of speaker attribution was correct. left us to fix and review interview content more meticously than previously. Interviews were conducted in swedish. Definitely a cheaper option than to hire transcribers, but not a super reliable tool, thereof the poor rating
