I got Scammed, after waiting 6 Weeks and getting 2 different tracking numbers, where one came from China and and from the USA, my parcel was considered "delivered" without me or anyone at my flat accepting it. Support calls the package "lost" and wants to charge me again for a new Hoodie. Do not buy here. I hope I get my refund.

1 stella perché 0 non è possibile metterne. Ordino i primi di novembre una felpa blu scura con cappuccio e speravo arrivasse entro Natale per regalarla a mio marito, appena diventato papà. Il pacco non arriva, contatto l’assistenza e mi rispondono con un altro numero di tracciamento che indica il mio pacchetto a Shangai. Sebbene nella mail di conferma il mio numero di tracciato era differente e il mio pacchetto doveva già trovarsi in Veneto … Dopo svariati contatti arriva…. Il che già positivo, visto i commenti trovati online. Il ricamo: perfetto, peccato solo che il colore della felpa arrivata non era blu bensì un verde acqua OSCENO (che per la cronaca , non esiste nemmeno nel catalogo) e la loro risposta alla mia segnalazione è stato offrirmi 2€ per scusarsi……. 70€ circa di felpa, 2€ per scusarsi.! VABBEH!!!! Dopo varie trattative (a me bastava la benedetta felpa del colore giusto, non mi servivano soldi! ) siamo arrivati a “ottenere” solo con le parole, un risarcimento di 17$ che ovviamente non sono MAI arrivati…. Quindi, amici lettori, NON COMPRATE! Fatelo per il vostro portafoglio

I ordered product on 12/04 and my order amount was $69.06, however when i received my bill they charged my account $86.33. THAT IS $20% more than I agreed to. The package said it was shipped on 12/10 and I didn't receive it until 01/21/2025. The tracking number changed twice and showed different places- when contacting seller, their response on several occas2818ions was "Item shipped- you must be patient"- these were Christmas gifts

This company is a lie. I suspect it is a company in china that sells these. The product is a synthetic type material and not what the image looks like at all. It is cheaply made, no label about the product or washing instructions. It took 3 weeks to ship and it was repackaged in Canada to hide where it truly came from. The address on the website is not a real address. The order tracking updates were fake and in poor English.

Do not buy from these people, they send you stuff that doesn't actually look like the pictures or videos, promises of being there on time which are lies and continously take extra money out of your account thinking you won't notice.

Warning! Tiny sizes!! Size Large is like a small EUsize. Large does not fit a 85kg, 186cm well built man. Think twice befor you order.

Do not buy here, as you will probably be cheated out of your money. I ordered personalized hoodies at the end of October, at the beginning of December it still hasn't arrived. Only when I asked did they tell me that the package had been lost somewhere. They want to deliver it to me somehow, but for a very high fee, which I didn't want to pay. After all, I paid everything, even a fee for faster delivery. After several emails back and forth and no agreement in sight, I contacted Paypal, who refunded me the amount. I don't think it's right that a company based in the USA is listed here, but in fact a company in China is behind the whole thing. I will definitely never order from here again and strongly advise everyone else to stay away from it.

After having placed my order Oct 13th, multiple emails to customer service who every time assured me that the package was on its way - no they tell me that the package has been sent back by my local post office. It does not ens there, they now tell me that I have two choices: 1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee. 2. If you would like a refund, we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund. To me, both options are completely absurd. I have paid the order in full, the company has not delivered and now they want me to pay more? I mean, things happen but having the customer pay for their inability to deliver? I would never place an order here again and would definitely not recommend this company.
