I gave 4 stars because I felt one of the representatives did not review my file thoroughly and quoted misinformation. Also, I did not find him to work towards my best interest...unnecessary stress.

Great. Fast and easy service they are quick and friendly. My mortgage has now been sold twice. It’s fast and quick but that is how long you will stay with the servicer.

Excellent experience with Union Plus Mortgage! They were communicative through the whole process and made it super easy to refinance my mortgage. They worked with me when another company gave me a better rate to get me an even lower rate. Definitely would recommend if you are looking to buy a house or refinance.
