products shown on website are out of stock, why shown them then? in addition I still haven't been refunded yet for my order containing out-of-stock products (it's been 5 business days..)

i placed an order from website. it said it would be delayed and i was ok with that. the next business day Unigear cancelled the order and refunded my cc. i was willing to wait till it became available but you just cancelled it. rather disappointed

spammer. i explicitly asked not to be marketed to and got three marketing emails before even receiving the products.

I received a 20 L dry bag as a gift and the buckle broke the first time I used it. I contacted Unigear customer service three times in an attempt to get the item replaced without success. These products are made with inferior materials and the company does not stand behind the products they sell. Do not buy their merchandise.

I still haven't received the product after 2 weeks and still have no idea when (or if) I'll ever get it. Tracking number they gave doesn't work anywhere, apparently it's coming from Hong Kong, if I'd known that I NEVER would have ordered it. I will never shop there again.
