Beim Kauf einiger Handschuhe habe ich mich über die Größe geirrt, und um die Größe zu ändern, haben Sie mir den Versand plus 25 % für die Verwaltung in Rechnung gestellt. Das wird auf der Website nicht erklärt. Ich werde es nicht noch einmal kaufen.

I am missing poles with my and when I sent an email to customer service I have not received a reply.

I ordered a pair of gloves from Unigear on 12/8/23. They took forever to come to Newark, NJ from China. I live in NJ, less than an hour's drive from the airport. They supposedly stayed at Newark for 3 days, then went to a facility in NY. For the next 4 days they were "In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving On Time", whatever that meant. On 12/31/23, they were at "DISTRIBUTION CENTER, Arrived at USPS Regional Origin Facility". There is still no indication of when I might get them! Or where they actually are! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

You cancelled our order without explanation.

I ordered from Amazon and received 3 broken used camping mat I returns them and they respond back this 'Could you accept a 20% refund as com- pensation and keep it? May I know your idea?
