They will NOT stop calling! I have asked multiple times over the last two weeks for them to stop calling. The next step will be to hire an attorney. 3-5 voicemails a day from “Morgan”. I have blocked at least 5 phone numbers from them!! Please stop!!!

SCAM, SCAM,SCAM They simply want to do a budget upfront so they can process as a Debt Relief company and middleman. There is no attempt at a loan involved and the mailer they send out is simply a fraud.

Same scam as the rest of them. Just got off of the phone with Kenneth. Unifi...you all need to train your people to listen, and not talk over people. He had the nerve to tell me that it didn't matter what I thought. Once he told me that I did not qualify for a loan (which I'm sure they won't tell you what situation DOES qualify for a loan), I told him that I had already discussed the credit-crushing consolidation option with another company, and decided not to go that route, he proceeded to talk over me. I told him that if he let me finish, I would let him finish. He kept talking. I said, "Sir, if you do not want me to hang up on you...you will let me finish...as I am the customer." He said it did not matter. Click. Had to give him the dial tone. If my credit gets affected by this phone call...be on the lookout for contact from BBB, secretary of state, etc.

They send you a notification of pre-approved and it's not true I had less than perfect credit and still didn't get approved and it even says that on pre- approval notice less than perfect credit you may be approved.

Complete waste of time….will send you a pre-approval then say the don’t have lenders that will take your loan. Don’t do it!!!!

Complete waste of time - send you an offer letter; underline the words "even if you have less than perfect credit" on said offer letter; spend 20+ minutes giving necessary info only to be told, sorry you don't qualify. The underwriter nor Loan Consultant, Jerry, took time to dig into my DTI nor actually TRY to make something work. How do you know everything reporting is accurate with regards to monthly spend? You don't because you quit. You didn't try and actually go the extra mile to help someone. Stop advertising that you are assisting clients and partnering with your "sister" company to ensure you can help people in situations like mine. So tired of companies sending out gimmicks just to waste clients time and patience.

They get you to do review before applying for the loan. The person that you speak with is not the loan officer. It's bs and fuckery!!

Total scam lenders. Like a used car salesman. Sends offers with low interest rates then tries to convince you to accept very high rates with long terms to lower payments.
