I am very appreciative of the support Maranda and Elijah have provided to ensure the completion of the required documentation. Maranda’s follow-up and professionalism demonstrates her commitment to excellence and quality service to her clients. Elijah responsiveness to my inquiries, even outside the scope of his role, offered the information to connect me with other departments and teams. Although both employees have provided awesome service there is a disconnect if you don’t use their Registered Agents. I am hoping we can learn and grow together but closing internal process gaps with the front end and back end teams should be a priority to retain new clients.
