My expierence with United Wealth has been excellent. I dealt mainly with Elijah. It was painfully obvious I had no clue what I was doing and it clearly showed with my impersonation of a 'deer in the headlights'. Elijah was extremely patient with me and went over what I needed to know until I understood. At first I wondered how anyone so young could possibly know what seemed to me to be impossible. Shame on me for thinking that. He is an absolute natural with numbers and honestly knows his field very well. I was very impressed. He has checked in on my progress as well knowing I had trouble understanding at first. I wish I could articulate it better. I spent my entire career in the customer service area. So when I say Elijah is what customer service is all about I know what I'm talking about. But his knowledge was what really impressed me. I hope his employers take note and remember this when evaluations for raises come around. You don't want to lose this employee. I also want to say I dealt with a gentleman named Demetrius too and have nothing to say but good things about him as well.
