UnifiedbikecoReviews of unifiedbikeco.com

Huge appreciation to the team at Unified Bike Company! This marks our kids’ third season of mountain biking, and choosing Unified bikes was the best decision we made. They’re phenomenal bikes for beginners and pros alike—even the local experts are always impressed. While getting the bikes serviced for the upcoming season, our mechanic spotted some frame damage. We reached out to Unified, and they kindly replaced my son’s bike! It made his whole week (and ours). Exceptional quality and customer support!

Terrible customer service and support but the bicycle received had a few scratches but wasn't concerned about it and was a good quality bike for the money. It did have a faulty component which I had to machine to make the bicycle ridable, due to the awful customer support. I'd say it's a dice roll.
