Great responsiveness from the Team. Waiting for the ICO.

I’ve watched this company navigate the so-called 'War on Crypto' and face down aggressive legal challenges (lawfare) that would have bankrupted others. Instead of giving up, the leadership—specifically Alex Konanykhin—doubled down, pivoted the business model to align with new guidelines, and kept building. While the mainstream headlines focus on the charges, they miss the bigger picture of the company's transition to a community-driven asset. I support Unicoin not just for the potential upside, but because they refused to be bullied by an outdated regulatory system. If you want a team that actually fights for its shareholders, this is it.

The company's management is extremely transparent. The leadership has a strong record of ethics and financial performance. The company is doing everything possible to make sure they closely follow the guidelines and regulations and work in the best interest of the crypto industry. I believe with so much of volatility around crypto currencies and with no real backbone in sight, Unicoin is well positioned to be the world's first real asset backed currency which integrates seamlessly with the traditional and modern payment instruments plugging the gap which was long due.

The transparency, resilience, and consistent engagement shown by the leadership team toward both investors and the broader community speak volumes about the company’s integrity and long-term vision. Rather than weakening the organization, regulatory pressure appears to have strengthened its resolve. When Chairman Atkins announced the new SEC crypto classification on November 12, the leadership team acted decisively to align with the updated framework. In mid-December, shareholders overwhelmingly approved the transfer of “essential managerial efforts” to the Unicoin Foundation. Shortly thereafter, a reputable law firm was engaged to incorporate the Foundation, and on January 2, the incorporation papers were officially filed with the Cayman Islands government registrar. These strategic steps—focused on regulatory compliance, transparency, and positioning the company for a future public offering—demonstrate both perseverance and thoughtful leadership. While investing always carries risk, I personally believe the odds favor Unicoin becoming a world leader in the crypto industry.

I have been an investor in unicoin since the beginning, While they are facing significant, unjust and legal battles with SEC, their commitment to service remains strong. They have a unique approach to all hurdles and the leadership team is incredibly agile and their clear ambitious vision for the future of the crypto.
