Other furniture companies maliciously purchased 1-star reviews from https://boostfunda.com/ targeting our company. This tactic is disgusting. This review account did not purchase any products, and I am very disappointed with Trustpilot's verification process! Proof: 1. The review account mentioned spending $359.20 on our UF My Prickly Pal Coat Rack. Our discount coupons are always automatically activated, so the other party should have only spent $323.28. 2. This review information has not been verified by Trustpilot. Our shipping time is a little longer (within 30 days), but it's impossible for us not to ship! 3. The review account's country is Pakistan, and we do not operate in that country's market. Furthermore, they have already participated in 82 reviews on the Trustpilot website, which is absurd! This shows they have been doing this professionally for a long time!

I need to clarify the situation regarding this recent mis-shipment incident: the shipping carrier made an error during the cargo entry process. When delivering the goods—and without providing us with any explanation at the time—they instructed us to first ask you to accept the shipment. Only *after* you had accepted it did they inform us of the reason: they claimed this was necessary to "verify" that we had indeed dispatched the goods to you (ostensibly arguing that this would serve as proof of your integrity as a merchant). However, when we subsequently requested that they return to pick up the goods and transport them back to our warehouse, they flatly refused, stating the matter was no longer their responsibility and that a completely new order would need to be placed to initiate a return. This is the first time I have ever encountered such appalling behavior from UPS. I sincerely apologize to you for this inconvenience; however, I also ask for your understanding, as we, too, have been victimized in this situation. UPS adopted this tactic solely to evade their own liability! We have since terminated our future partnership with UPS for European shipments and will collaborate with DPD going forward.
